Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you enjoy your fitness! Today we are working for 45 seconds per exercise and we will complete 2 rounds of 2 exercises before taking a rest.
The objective is to stay moving, not to be perfect! I mess up in this workout, and it's perfectly fine if you do too. There is no requirement to do any high impact option but if you want to step it up, go for it! All the up next windows will show you low impact options so we can get started with the movement and then step it up when you can!

Y'all do know Sydney put a lot of thought and planning into creating these workouts and programs, right?! Thanks so much Sydney for this!❤❤ If anyone wants a longer workout, rewind the last 10-15 mins or pick one of the other videos on her channel she has thousands! She can't please everyone. Lets be real...everyone doesnt have time for a 45 or 60 min workout all the time. But within her channel your likely to find what you're looking for if you search.

I appreciate you saying this because people can be so entitled and mean. I never complain about the length of a video because I appreciate getting to do these workouts free online. If a workout isn't for me due to length I just move on. Other than that, I always love to leaving positive comments.
Giving constructive feedback is not rude or meant to discredit the work Sydney puts in. This is how she can implement what people in the community might want to see or enjoy more to continue to make programs better. Ive been around for 5 years and there's plenty I dont like but I'm never rude but will not give way to toxic positivity, that helps no one.
I feel like her shorter workouts are way more intense than the longer ones, you get more for little time and it’s great for single full time working mommas like me. Thank you Sydney!! You can’t please everyone if you want more add on another workout it’s not that serious. Stop complaining she does this for us for FREE.

Outstanding work! I totally agree. I have to wake up at 3:30 or 3:00 in the morning to get in a workout longer than 40 minutes. I adapt and make it work, but I really have a hard time waking up before 4:00 am

Whenever I want a longer workout, I just rewind the last 10 minutes and repeat it or make up new moves in the work periods or I’ll hop on my airdyne. Then we all win 🏆 🎉 thanks for the workout Sydney! ❤
Thats a great idea!! Or the has so many other works on her channel I try to do some of ther older cardio or stretches on our rest days. It's fun going back and doing other videos I haven't done before, I think I found sydney back in 2020 or 2021 but didn't do the workouts like I do now because I had complications during my pregnancy that didn't allow me to do much. Wasn't on bed rest but could do the bare minimum.

I love the longer cardio but sometimes showing up for 20 mins and working super hard feels like a longer workout - it’s not how long you workout but the effort you put in!! Some may find 20-30 minutes to be just right, while others might prefer 50-60 minutes. The great thing is that it's accessible to everyone at no cost and still maintains excellent quality. If 20 minutes isn't enough, people can always repeat the workout or add extra exercises. I truly appreciate all your hard work!💓

Absolutely love this program so far! The reality is most people do not have 60 mins 5 days per week to workout. This kind of workout is exactly what busy, average people need. Perfect occasional weekend workout 💪
