    I appreciate the shorter workouts Sydney. They aren’t often and I like the change up. For those wanting longer workouts, I get it, but you can always do another one of her workouts or go for a walk or run. That’s what I do. Great job everyone!

      Or she can add this to a Thursday or Sunday, or add these short 20 min workouts as an addition to a normal 30min workout that she’s has us all used to doing

      Same, but I save these for “rest days” and do day 2 of lower body for me, since I want to do legs twice a week.

    I agree with all the comments who ❤ these 20 minute workouts! Allows me to get yard work and housework done on the weekend. Very grateful for Sydney!

    I love these short ones! With ADHD sometimes its quite hard to focus on a workout for too long. Also today i am so tight in time i was worried how I would fit a workout in my day... I was so happy to see today's workout was just 20 min!

      I needed to read this since I just turned 50 and weight loss is becoming an even bigger challenge. I regained 11 lbs of the 25lbs I lost last year but still happy to see my muscle definition on the tops of shoulders and legs. Thank you for the inspiration! 🎉

    Thank you so much for these quick and effective Saturday workouts!! When a longer workout is scheduled for a Saturday I often have to push to Sunday because Saturdays are when I typically have more plans. This program is fitting into my life so well and shorter hasn’t meant easier!

    Funny how getting up to workout at 7:30 on a Sunday is harder than 5:00 on a Monday?? I really wasn't feeling it this morning, but glad I showed up!

    I’m staying consistent in these shorter workouts, I only have so much time before work, so I atleast get 20-30 min in. On my off days I’ll shoot for 40 min and go for a little walk 🙏🏽

    Discipline. I am disciplined. I will remain disciplined in my faith journey and in my fitness journey. Some days, things may not line up how I envisioned they would and that is okay! Dedication over Motivation keeps me moving. Loved today's work out! HIIT was my jam many moons ago. Outstanding work everyone!

    Love the perspective of Discipline means Freedom, freedom to choose how you meet your goals. I always have the next big thing in mind, so this is super helpful, if I am disciplined in accomplishing these goals, I will have time for the next goal too!

    I loved this workout ! It was exhilarating and so much fun! I crushed it! I love doing a excellent cardio workout with loud music playing! I turn in to the real Panther! All five tigers always come out of little me! I love working out consistently each and everyday! We all r doing a excellent job! Excellent workout

    Grateful for these no equipment workouts! I’ve been displaced by Milton. I replaced yesterday’s arm workout with raking and piling leaves for a few hours and was able to sneak this one in while kiddos are napping. I miss my weights but I know I have plenty of workouts to pick from on this channel! Happy whatever day it is 🎉

    Let me tell you: I'm nearly 5 months postpartum and this lower impact month is the best to get back to working out! I love it because, even if I still have to modify some exercises, I start feeling like myself again!

    Been slowly working my way back into the Sydney squad workouts. Started on my fitness journey around July and have been doing workouts with grow with jo, mainly walking workouts but some muscle works thrown in there at the same time. Found ‘proper’ workouts (weights, ‘hard-core’ abs etc…) too challenging when I first started back. Now I am feeling much better, lost a chunk of weight and this programme was just the one I needed at just the right time in my journey to bring me back to the squad 💪 thanks for this much needed programme this month and hopefully I will manage to continue on and get stronger day by day to be back to peak fitness and strength.

    Tweeted my back yesterday and was having a hard time getting around. Decided I would have to skip exercise this morning. Went to work and my back was feeling better. Not 100% but much better. Came home and thought I’d give Sydney’s workout a try. Told myself I would just do what I could do. Amazing what you can do if you just give it a try. Crushed it. After a long week it can be hard to motivate Saturday morning and knowing it's only 20 mins is making me so much more successful in getting in my workout. I think I'm even pushing harder than a longer workout since I want to make the minutes count.Thank you, Sydney!!
