I appreciate the shorter workouts Sydney. They aren’t often and I like the change up. For those wanting longer workouts, I get it, but you can always do another one of her workouts or go for a walk or run. That’s what I do. Great job everyone!

I needed to read this since I just turned 50 and weight loss is becoming an even bigger challenge. I regained 11 lbs of the 25lbs I lost last year but still happy to see my muscle definition on the tops of shoulders and legs. Thank you for the inspiration! 🎉
Thank you so much for these quick and effective Saturday workouts!! When a longer workout is scheduled for a Saturday I often have to push to Sunday because Saturdays are when I typically have more plans. This program is fitting into my life so well and shorter hasn’t meant easier!

I’m staying consistent in these shorter workouts, I only have so much time before work, so I atleast get 20-30 min in. On my off days I’ll shoot for 40 min and go for a little walk 🙏🏽

I replaced yesterday’s arm workout with raking and piling leaves for a few hours and was able to sneak this one in while kiddos are napping. I miss my weights but I know I have plenty of workouts to pick from on this channel! Happy whatever day it is 🎉

Been slowly working my way back into the Sydney squad workouts. Started on my fitness journey around July and have been doing workouts with grow with jo, mainly walking workouts but some muscle works thrown in there at the same time. Found ‘proper’ workouts (weights, ‘hard-core’ abs etc…) too challenging when I first started back. Now I am feeling much better, lost a chunk of weight and this programme was just the one I needed at just the right time in my journey to bring me back to the squad 💪 thanks for this much needed programme this month and hopefully I will manage to continue on and get stronger day by day to be back to peak fitness and strength.

Same, but I save these for “rest days” and do day 2 of lower body for me, since I want to do legs twice a week.
