    What exercises do you recommend that are safe for people with low back herniated disc?

      Thanks for stopping by to watch! It really depends on what stage of the healing you’re in. For some that are acute and have a lot of pain sometimes just deep diaphragmatic breathing and simple isometric core training can be very helpful. For others who have less pain and better tolerance to exercise I really like birddogs, side planks, and focusing on improving hip flexibility! Hope that helps!
