Apple MacBook dust build up

I've been asked on Instagram how to take the back off the Apple Macbook Pro 13" and 15" with the touch bar. Mine is the Late 2018 Pro 15" and I had suspected that dust was causing some thermal issues with it as the fan would ramp up and the computer would run quite hot for the processes I was doing (mostly youtube and Abobe Premier and Illustrator).
Anyway, this is how I take the back off, I'm sure there are many ways to do it but I find this the safest for me and also the way I have been able to help a few friends out with cleaning out debris and dust that's built up over time.
The older MacBooks are a lot easier as they don't have the clasp part and a few more screws so if you have one of those you shouldn't need to stress as its an easy removal.
