This is a wonderful video inspiring the viewer to work with a a variety of materials. I love your commentary and your way of demonstrating your thought process as you work. Thank you.
Thank you so much for these helpful tips! I love the way how the collage is made and I will definetely try it myself.
Very nice,great colors
Great ! I was looking for some new experience with acrylic ... did not know how to start... You gave me the key! Just go ahead with your feeling do not stop to rationalize. The way you use the brushes gave me the courage to try it... so far I did drawings charcoal pencil crayon ... vive la liberte. Thanks.
Magnifique!!!! Creative!!! I love that!
thank you very much for your lesson You are a great artist
Thank you for sharing your lovely work, vibrant, Alive almost,
Very inspiring... I wish you had shown us a bit more of the technique though, as it seems a lot was done off camera. Beautiful painting nonetheless. Well done! :-)
Very beautiful!
So nice painting love it
me encanto la tecnica!!!
Wow there are a lot of rude comments on this video... Clearly this was supposed to be inspiration and not a step by step tutorial on how to make this exact painting. You can't just imitate. The point here is to get ideas. I'm a beginner and while I tend more toward Impressionism so far, I'm smart enough to pick up that there exist texturizing gels etc that she used to create the surface we saw being painted. I don't understand all the hate. If you want Bob Ross, why aren't you watching him instead?
Wonderful painting. Just confused how you did it
nice art
Being new, I do not know what you mean by gels or what you already put on the canvas...What brands and names and what do they do..I like the work but can't figure out what to buy...Thnaks
Judith Goodwin Hi Judith, these are acrylic gels and mediums. There are many brands available and the websites of these brands typically have info on what each should be used for. Enjoy!
If you click here Judith you'll see a good place to start investigating your paints and Gels. it's been a while since you asked the question but I hope this helps. xx www.goldenpaints.com/products
so all of the sudden there are strips of words on the painting. How did they get there?
Wish you could have really shown us step by step, transition to transition. It is hard to imagine the beginning becoming the end wish I love.
Bernice Seigel the gaps are part of the journey that artists take as individuals. Trial and error is how we pay dues
I never liked the word collage.
You start painting and talk about "gels and pastes already put down' Most of us (I am almost certain) would have liked to be much more informed about this : which gels? which pastes? how exactly do you apply them etc. Pity (and rather odd..) that you didn't start this video right from the beginning. Maybe you could organize this. Thanks anyway.
So nice painting love it
