    Thank you for the info. I am always looking for new ideas and techniques and I love to recycle when I can. Because of this I discovered a way to add some interesting texture to my creations. I don't know if you have ever tried this but I add broken egg shells to my gel medium or modeling paste and let it dry. Then I paint over it or I may even add other items to create more texture and interest. Have you ever tried this?

    I dont understand. What is OPEN medium. Plz an answer.

      I believe she means the Golden brand's line of paints and medium. The OPEN series are slower-drying and more fluid, I believe, than their usual heavy body paint.

    for those of us that are new is there anyway you could do start to finish and explain what you are doing ?Its very confusing with no explanation of how you got to doing what you are doing

      It's probably the crackle paste from the paint brand Golden.
