I have a Have an HP prodesk SFF and I just switched to SDD and went from 4gb ram to 12gb. I ordered a gt 1030. Will I be able to game even with a Celeron procesor? I am not very tech savy
@@techwithdaan sorry i must have mistyped, the video is not 720p, its 4k. i mean you should redo the video but test the graphics card in 720p to get a better performance, you will probably double your fps!
@@brodecoder8893 I agree. In most games, you can't distinguish 720p from 1080p. Both are HD-quality and playable. GT series is not meant for gaming so you should not put them under pressure for no reason
The plastic piece is covering the exhaust, you should remove it. Also you need to open it up and replace the thermal paste on the die

These gt 1030s are very good to put on a refurbished office PCs for light gaming like Minecraft, CS2, Roblox, Valorant, and more
I bought it one for virtual machine PC and it doesn't it's job pretty good

Optiplex 3020 and it runs RealFlight sim trainer just fine.
I know right, these cards are actually really capable!
My cousin got a 1050 Ti for 50 dollars. I'd say that's a much better choice.
