Great looking steak Tom! Nicely done! One day I'll try that seasoning. The problem, if you can call it that, is once anyone knows you enjoy BBQing, they gift you all sorts of rubs, seasonings and sauces. I think I have enough unopened variety to last me 10 years. I have to imagine you get a bunch that entrepreneurs would like to see you feature on your channel.
Hi Tom. How about doing a test on this portable gravity grill, can smoke with small pieces of wood only instead of coal? could be fun if you could use it as a mine transportable Auto offset smoker, on the camping/hunting trip? just a thought. and many thanks for great videos. kind regards from across the pond.
Oh man...I have this Masterbuilt Portable and the Pitt Boss Portable in my cart... just can't decide which one I want... great taste is my #1 requirement...ease of use is 2nd... i really doubt I will do long smokes in either... please help me decide...
Nice cutting board! With those temperatures and low lid, griddle and or stone and you have another pizza oven. Great job Tom!
Thanks for Watching Paul!

Thanks for watching! I have used small chunks of wood with charcoal
Tom it appears that you have replaced the main grate in the grill. Where did you get this?
Thanks for Watching! Cast iron grate was from a Camp Chef Woodwind, they don’t make it anymore
Awesome video. How does this grill compare to your other “portable” grill/smokers? Any other recommendations over this one?
Thanks for watching! There really anything like this out there that is comparable to this
@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ Awesome, ill be looking for a deal this weekend!
Great video as always Tom. Can you explain what battery pack this would run off of? Thank you sir!
Thanks for watching! Since it only runs a small fan, I would imagine most battery packs would work
Great videos!
I never saw you put lump charcoal in one of these. Shouldn't it be able to achieve higher temps and also be faster for steaks?
Thanks for watching! Space is limited in the charcoal box, that’s why briquettes makes more sense
