- Knee hug with forward lunge, reverse lunge with twist, elbow instep, four-part squat, lateral lunges to crossover, single leg deadlifts with reach, heel to butt with arm stretch, high knees, butt kicks, drop and go start, ladders, icky shuffle, and cross-outs are part of Routine B warm-up exercises which promote movement preparation.
