Update I did this and yes it worked but looking at it closer I found the problem. I was able to see one screw had a broken ring around it. This is what causes the screw to lock up. It may have happen when turning it down to far. The plastic is soft not like a metal screw so be careful not to make it tight. My solution for now was to remove the clamps. I watched another video where someone just fixed the wheel to a table. If you ask I'll make a video and show you what I did.

i just bought a brand new wheel used it once both got jammed all i did was push the clamps in towards the middle and they loosened clicked and the clamps screwed again

Try to unsrew everything, to fully open up the insides of the wheel. Not just one side. That might help. Our maybe your springs got fuckdup and you need to fix them.

All theses reports on this happening. This should be a call back and Logitec should replace it. My is stuck I only had it for 21 days. I'm going to try loosing both sides to see if that works.

use more force. grab pliers and a towel, wrap it around the knob to ensure that you wont damage the plastic, grab it with pliers and put some force into it to unlock it. worked for me that way
