This works, no doubt. Have no idea what happened after the supported child’s pose because I fell asleep!! 😂 Been practicing daily for five years and that’s never ever happened before. Recovering from recent emotional trauma and very thankful for this practice. Will try the others!

Hi Yucong, yea that would annoy me too. I never allow ads in the middle of my videos but you found the only one it happened to be on and I'm not sure how I missed that. I made sure to turn it off and it shouldn't have been on in the first place.
