- In this session we explore the 5 layers of the self as described by the Pancha Maya Kosha model in Yogic philosophy. This is a very helpful model that gives us an opportunity to tune into our bodies and reconnect.

Thank you, your meditation is a great relief to me, once more!
What an amazing practice to reconnect. Thank you !
I did this following the yoga practice of releasing trauma in the hips. I feel a lot more at home now.
Thank you so much, Hannah! I've done some of your meditations and yoga routines since I got to know your chas nnel in the last months but it is the first time in two years that I feel so vulnerable (again) and in need for a meditation like this one! 🙏
This meditation really does help me feel more grounded and present/safe in my body. thank you. 🙏
I found this video while searching for a short meditation after a heavy therapy session. It was so helpful that I plan to use this to transition from trauma therapy back to “regular life” from now on. Thank you so much for sharing it. ❤
Incredibly peaceful. Thank you.
Thanks Hannah.Always feel a sense of relief after every yoga session.❤❤❤
I loved that. Did it after a cardio and yoga session. A lovely way to finish. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your time and helpful words. First practice ive tried with you. My heart space feels lighter❤
Thanks Hannah, all of your videos are really lovely and helping me a lot xxxx
what do I do with trauma related body activation, like nausea, chest compression...do I keep observing them while breathing ?
Hello! I’m certainly no expert but I noticed your comment hadn’t been answered. For me personally, I just have to breathe through it. Feel where it hurts and breathe
I could only get 5 minutes into it because it’s so emotional thank you so much ❤
such a lovely video! so grateful for you and your guidance!
Thank you, Hannah. This came at perfect timing. 🙏🏻
I'm so glad, Shedup!
This was great Hannah! Thank you!
this was so great! thank you
❤ love this!
Thank you! 🌷
i can’t stop worrying about death. i’m 51, generally healthy and there’s no threat of me dying. the anxiety is part of my trauma. it’s just that we don’t know what happens to us. what if it’s continual suffering? i don’t know if I believe in God or not. i’m scared.
Thank you, Hannah! This was beautiful and very much needed. Love and light, sister.
I loved this✨️✨️ Do you have like one on one classes?
Hi Daniella, yes I do offer one on one sessions. You can schedule here:

I couldn't do this one :( I started shaking during this. I was sexually assaulted a few months ago. Maybe it was too early for this one? Your other videos are amazing.
Hi Tiffany, I’m so sorry to hear about what you went through. Shaking can be a sign of a nervous system release, or it could be fear or another emotion. YOU know what is best for your body and I trust your judgment.
Hi, the audio was little difficult while being played without headphones.
The loudness kept on fluctuating and it was hard to focus on.
Thank you ❤
Kinda hard to hear😢
turn up the volume?
halfway into this and I wish you spoke more loudly.
turn up the volume?
