- What’s happening in this American Wedding movie clip?
Jim (Jason Biggs from Orange is the New Black and Eight Below) is having dinner with his girlfriend Michelle (Alyson Hannigan from How I Met Your Mother and Buffy) in their favorite restaurant. Jim wants to propose to Michelle but notices that his father is the one that has the ring. He calls his father (Eugene Levy from Schitt’s Creek and Best in Show) and asks him to bring the ring back. Michelle misunderstands the situation and thinks that Jim is asking her to go under to the table to give him pleasure. Jim’s father arrives and does not understand that Michelle is under the table and that Jim doesn’t have his pants on. His father sees the weird behavior of his son and thinks he needs a little bit of air, so he pulls him from the table, revealing the fact that he was pantless and shocking the whole restaurant. With everyone looking, Jim goes ahead and still asks Michelle to marry him in front of everyone.

What’s the American Wedding movie about?
Even though Jim (Jason Biggs from Orange Is the New Black and Eight Below) and Michelle (Alyson Hannigan from How I Met Your Mother and Buffy) have been dating for several years, she's still surprised when he proposes to her in their favorite restaurant. After she happily agrees, Jim asks his best friends, Kevin (Thomas Ian Nicholas from Walt Before Mickey and Rookie of the Year) and Finch (Eddie Kaye Thomas from Scorpion and Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle), to help him make sure the wedding goes as smoothly as possible. As the big day approaches, trouble arises when the trio learns their hard-partying friend, Stifler (Seann William Scott from Role Models and Rundown), is in town.
