But just imagine the things she can never tell anyone 😱 She’s probably the most courageous woman I know of, and I know for sure that I’d never have been able to do the kind of job she did, especially not during those times. You can even see him usually make notes or alterations on his prepared document, most likely an outline of questioning for the interviews. He is extremely adaptable as an interviewer. Dad(of beloved memory; some 20 + years now) was an intelligence officer throughout most of the 60's and part of the 70's: first in Nam for the USAF and later on analyzing Cold War data from both the Soviets and Chinese. Some of the latter was very much the "Do we launch our missiles or don't we?" scenarios. So while Mom and we kids were lucky enough to travel with him for that portion of his career, Classified was still a word to describe work at the end of his shift. "How'd your day go, Dad?" "Classified."😉
I LOVE that woman. A real WOMAN. Always polite and respectful but STRONG and POWERFUL. Really liked her and liked that she didn't hold back and was completely authentic.
I do love how she mentions the CIA is run by women currently. I mean especially for her who worked when women were not treated even close to equal especially in a workplace where keeping your emotions in check can be the only thing keeping you alive that must feel really good.

@@k9spjack Same thing has happened to me and my GF more than once. Look at what you allow access to on almost every app, microphone, pictures, video and contacts. My girlfriend was talking about $1 gym sign up specials today, and actually picked up her phone and jokingly said "hey dollar gym memberships", later that day an ad for Plant Fitness. You couldn't pay me to add to that with an Alexa, if I didn't need social media for business I wouldn't have any at all.

Sadly I think RFID will be seen in the next 10 years as a conservative estimate, right now our phones have everything from tracking down to a few feet, audio, video, and countless other pieces of data all around your devices. All those data points can be used for RFID.

When you ask political questions, it feels more like you're presenting "devil's advocate" kind of questions. There are no "gotcha!" questions. You are sincerely gathering information with no agenda. Very interesting interview! I sat on the edge of my seat. Thank you, Mr. Bet-David for having her as your guest on the program.
Great interview and I'm looking forward to reading the book. Keep up the Awesome work!
This was amazing! Thanks so much ! Keep doing what you're doing. God bless
Chief of Disguise? Man that's a badass job title!
I guess, if you're a lying piece of shit
@@TimLevi Says the guy who's being protected in his mother's basement. You want to live in an imaginary Utopia with no lies and and everyone lives happily? Get the fck out in the face of the earth then!
This was fascinating. I could listen to this lady talk for hours!
Me too. Very interesting to learn how it all worked in her day.
What a great woman! What an inspiration for young people how to have a meaningful life.
My gosh this is next level interview
Sounds like Tony died. Since he had Parkinson’s I guess he passed. Sad for her. Wish we could find a cure for that.
Ancient science called ayurveda ignored and villified by western science already has the cure to this and many more...

Greetings from Athens, Greece. Excellent interview, I love Jonna and Tony, they are legends. Needless to say, the book is ordered.
I ordered too!
Loved it from start to finish.
Hope you can get more spy masters on and set the record stright.
In 5 years you will be the smartest man on earth. You are interviewing so many awesome people :)
Knowledgeable maybe, but smarts doesn't increase over time, it starts decreasing after a while
Tony and Jonna are true American heroes and legends.
This has got to be the best video I've enjoyed watching. Loved it. My kinda topic/interest.
12:00 sounds like it's easier to leave the CIA than it is to leave the Church of Scientology! LOL great interview Patrick
2008 called
I think it's harder than she makes it sound, depending upon complications of circumstances, but most departures are easier than Scientology! 😬
because she is lying lol
Thank you CIA lady for your service and every person who give their everything for this incredible USA we have.
I love listening to her insight and stories.
Excellent story!! This lady lived the real life with the real 007, and the beautiful love story that goes with it!! You are a true American, thank you for your ethical work!!
Thank you for asking some of my burning questions for Agent Mendez.
Wow, PBD, you’ve done it again. Interviewing some of the most interesting people in the world.
Also, Alexa I do not trust . This lady through some hints and messages out their gota read between the lines
I noticed that as well, certain ways she wouldn't say something or would answer in Ina round about way, she was leaving some bread crumbs
Trust me, they're listening to us through our cell phones. For instance, I'll was recently talking to my wife about changing the oil in her car. The next time I go on my cell phone, there's ads "for engine oil" popping up.
How could anyone not know this . It's open been knowledge from the start . You heard this women said they record Everything throw your devices. Your phone replaced the I'll never get a RFID chip . For now ...
@@FLOODtoFIRE It amazes me when I'm talking to someone who thinks its a conspiracy theory that your phone listens to your conversations. It boggles the mind, this has been public knowledge and people just don't care. I wish more people would move to using more secure access, but Chrome is easier to just keep using than StartPage or Gmail over Protonmail. Myself included.
Sadly I think RFID will be seen in the next 10 years as a conservative estimate, right now our phones have everything from tracking down to a few feet, audio, video, and countless other pieces of data all around your devices. All those data points can be used for RFID.
So this lady says she is a master liar! How much is she lying in this interview? Lmao 😂
95%
First she says that she only knew, that here husband was a agent just before they got married, 20 sec later she Said here husband was here boss at the cia before he was here husband and Said that if she knew they were gone het married she would have told him more
A sweet little lady with her bag - makes her even more creepy! Her whole life becomes one big lie! Wouldn't have her over for tea! Such a dirty job!
@@wendymaria29 I think she meant that he was not her husband in the work place, that his boss label prioritized over him being her husband
@@AuRowe yeah i thought that 2, but at the end she says: if i knew i was going to married you, i would have tould you more”
(About the classiefied stuff)
She’s one of my favorite interviewees! ❤❤
This reporter was a very good choice for this interview. Great questions.
There is little doubt in my mind that this woman and her husband both led very important roles in helping the USA over the last 3-4 decades.
"we would lie for a living"
What if the whole video is a lie?
Lol. Plausible. Possible. Perhaps true.
*x-file theme plays*
It is...
ofcourse it is a lie to sell the book
Mind blown
"Now we can talk about masks", l can't begin to imagine what they have now
it is said that the NRO has always a constant 10 years advance on cutting edge civilian technology
Cell phones..
I saw they have an invisibility cloak. That's been unclassified that we have that. I'm pretty sure I actually saw a video of one guy in one jumping in a tank. It appeared invisible, but like looking at a asphalt on a hot day and it was human shaped and running. That's the only footage that's leaked or been released so far I'm pretty sure. Do you know what I mean it's kind of more blurry than its surroundings but it blends?
Plot twist:
That is a Jonna Mendez mask being worn by deep CIA agent.
Perfect
lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
ADMA look who's laughing now in April 2020... Covid--19. CIA knew.

You are one of the best interviewers I have ever seen. Always the best guests too.
Wonderful interview with an intriguing
guest. Hope her book makes the top sellers list. Thank you for all of the work and risks you and your husband have taken behind the scenes .
They want to know if you were ever been arrested for drugs when recruiting, yet at the same time, they’re responsible for bringing most of the drugs to our country 🤦♂️
That’s more like it, I’m not going to worship these people in the CIA, we do need spies though, we cannot survive without them.
This is the branch of government that destroyed the country. She may be all right but the monsters that lurk beneath are unfathomable
@@clarezajac3276 You said it. I got inducted into a police operation (Sting) against corruption, right here in the Houston Metroplex/smaller Cities/Counties. Patrick, I appreciate your interview style. You sometimes challenge the interviewee's political beliefs without revealing your own. When you ask political questions, it feels more like you're presenting "devil's advocate" kind of questions. There are no "gotcha!" questions. You are sincerely gathering information with no agenda. This is what real journalism is. FOX, CNN, MSNBC, and the other huge media conglomerates should take notes from you on how to interview people.
Daniel Kraus I usually read The Independent when I read politics. They provide a unbiased opinion on a lot of stuff
