But you can try doing intermittent fasting and yoga in ur daily lifestyle and cutting processed white sugar, Maida, Polished rice in your diet. This was the main key for my weightloss. Add lots of vegetables in your meal. Eat the required amount your body needs (dont starve urself or overeat). Hope this helps.

Hi Satvic team today while I was eating home-made baked potato chips I got an idea of making Satvic version of Panipuri. Don't do any fasting diet like one meal a day, i already done it one meal a day and loose almost 18kgs, after that cells in your your body will not accept glucose from your blood, slowly you will develop Diabetes with in 1-2years. Iam already diagnosed and i got Diabetes. Now iam working on it to get out of diabetes without medication. I am unable to get weight back even i eat more quantity, i just got my lossed weight 7kg out of 18kg. Instead of one meal take minimum 2meals or else concentrate on portion size even you have 3meals. Keep in mind if you got diabetes after you loose weight it is more horrible than being obese.

I had also dropped 20 kg and maintained my muscle mass, rather increased it and gained significantly in strength, stamina and stayed medicine free for more than 6 years till I got the COVID Vaccination which reduced the immunity. Now, I have increased my immunity again. I did all this with balanced diet - carbs, protein, fat, minerals, vitamins and regular weight training. No so called fancy diets like keto, vegan, sattwick etc. I still eat everything I want to and am healthy.
