      @@nidhidevrani5202 wake up at 4 am and sleep by 10 pm, complete no to sugar, daily 30 mins fast speed walking until I was 85, then 30 mins running daily.
      In last 10 years I tried 3 times but failed, this time I have a purpose in life, which didn't let me fail.
      Only 2 points I say to everyone for weight loss.
      1. 1kg = 3500 calories, either consume less calories or consume more calories then u eat, this is most simple trick for weight loss. But for sustaining that weight loss follow 2nd point.
      2. I have a rule to add 1 new good habit every 2 months to transform myself till my death. Like waking up early, intermittent fasting, no to sugar, daily exercise, no fast food and many more to go.

      Daily 600 ml milk is must. But reduced to only 2 chapatis in whole day, complete no to all processd foods.

      @@akankshagoel9155 sorry I cant answer the question bcoz I am jobless (preparing for govt exams) thats y I can properly follow it by sitting in my home. But you can try doing intermittent fasting and yoga in ur daily lifestyle and cutting processed white sugar, Maida, Polished rice in your diet. This was the main key for my weightloss. Add lots of vegetables in your meal. Eat the required amount your body needs (dont starve urself or overeat). Hope this helps.

    Dosto maine bhi 94 kg to 67 kg tak kiya tha but 4 month me 67 to 78 kg ho gaya hu fir se lekin fir ise ghata kar 58 to 62 kg tak karunga definatinoly bina khana kam kiye sure

    Hi Satvic team today while I was eating home-made baked potato chips I got an idea of making Satvic version of Panipuri. I am gonna try it and if it is successful it will be a good news for all the Panipoori lovers who want to try it in Satvic version 😊😊.     Yes yes yes finally I can also write comment that I lost 6 kgs in 1.5months 🥺😭 you have no idea how much I have waited for this. I wanted to loose weight from almost 5 years was trying extreme exercises and diets but as they were extremes, they were not able to be consistent. But when I saw detox video of satvik movement by subah di, I found it so logical and felt like that's true that can surely help me. And I did it not as it is but yes I was doing Intermittent fasting wasn't having satvik sabji but had jawar roti and sabji fruits and then I also started 45mins walking everyday after 2 weeks and some little basic exercises also. I am so happy and actually my life has changed I am going to continue this and going to tell everyone about this amazing movement. My focus in studies have also increased a lot.     Mujhe khana accha hi nhi lagta lekin jab bhookh lagti hai to itni tez bhookh lagti hai ki jo mile vo kha leti hu aurr khane ke baad pachtati hu aur khane ka bhi koi time nhi chaahe jab kha lu bhookh batakar thodi aati hai.. Aise time pe kha lu ki abb exercise krne ka time hi na mile.. Mera weight lgbhg 50 kg hai aur mai 17 age ki hu height bhi 4'8 inch hai... Meri body bhi moti to nahi lekin bhaddi bhot lagti hai... Saath hi saath mujhe pcod bhi hai... Abb mai satvik diet lene ja rhi hu... Aaj mera day 1 hai abb kch din bdd dekhte hai..

    I had also dropped 20 kg and maintained my muscle mass, rather increased it and gained significantly in strength, stamina and stayed medicine free for more than 6 years till I got the COVID Vaccination which reduced the immunity. Now, I have increased my immunity again.
    I did all this with balanced diet - carbs, protein, fat, minerals, vitamins and regular weight training. No so called fancy diets like keto, vegan, sattwick etc. I still eat everything I want to and am healthy.

    My father is suffering from diebetis, and he also has kidney and heart related issues... Is that video u created on how to control diabetis is helpful for him ?? Is 16 hr fasting is good for him ?. Doc said Many fruits and vegetables to not consume him then what to do for that ?? And the place where we live fresh fruits and vegetables are not available everytime..

      No fasting isn't good for him if he has diabetes, kidney and heart disease.. kindly consult doctor and nutrition for diet plan..
      If he has diabetes, kindly ask him to do 30 mins exercise along with yoga

      Breaks for 3 4 hours ( consult doctor). Between every meal.
      Detox food ( ask dr which is good)
      Try to order fruits online or go to market and have fruits in bulk for 1 week

      I think so. Look at everyone who lost weight through this lifestyle. They all look so skinny. Definitely u lose muscle mass. I hardly see any protein in the diet

      Create a routine to do yoga classes your height will increase in 1-2months
      If you can combine it with gyming/calisthenics exercises that will really help
