Thanku sir for this valuable information but most of the proteins I can't have due to my uric acid issues which is high due to BP,causing creatinine affecting my kidneys so I have it through curds,dry fruits,salads, dals paneer but I can't have in excess,so pls sir guide me
1. Milk , paneer, curd
2. Rajgira (Amaranth)
3. Quinoa
4. Soya beans, soya chunks, tofu, tempen and other nuts/seeds like badam, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds
6. Kala chana, chickpeas,saththu,
7. Horse gram and other dhals,
8. Green peas
9. Peanut butter
10. Oats
Our south indian sambar is the best combination of protein vitamins etc etc😊
