I have a lot of weird allergies and am exhausted trying to find a vegan milk substitute that isn't fortified with stuff. I'ma give this a try. Thanks for the video. 👍
So if I make almond or chufa nut milk do I still soak the nuts for a day? I know this thing comes with these disk filters which ones do you use for oats snd which one for nuts? Thank you
If you live in a hot place, it is better to soak the nuts in the fridge. On the other hand, plant milk, no matter the temperature of your home, should be put in the fridge immediately after preparing it, so that it does not ferment. If you have prepared the milk using hot water, then first let it cool down and then put it in the fridge.
Hi Yvette, we usually write the credits of the music at the end of the video, but in this case, we didn't, sorry! And at this moment I don't remember who pas me the song. I take note not to repeat the mistake. Maybe you could identify it using SoundHound or similar apps. Have a nice day!
Hi Mary, sorry because my english is not very good but I hope you to understand me. Foam could be produced because different reasons: 1-the fatty acids (healthy) or 2- toxic substances in the peel of the seed. The foam of the lin appears to be caused by toxic substances in the peel (as is the case with canary seed, soy and some whole grains). I may be wrong, but experience and instinct lead me to avoid consuming flax foam. However, I love the foam from other seeds as nuts or tigernuts, it is healthy and delicious! Cheers and thanks for your question!
@@meenakshipradeep8126 Ok, you can use bouth, please look at this video to see two the posibilities. ua-cam.com/video/k1693D041Ww/v-deo.html But , pay attention, along with a Hand Blender (NOT INCLUDED) Vegan Milker is the only kitchen appliance which grinds, filters and emulsifies the ingredients at the same time to increase its performance, making a creamier, smoother plant milk. I prefer to write the recipes to record them on video because it makes me ashamed, that's why I only appear at the end. It is a rather shy way of presenting myself, but it is the most comfortable for me.
Every seed is a world to discover, full of surprises. I have observed the issue of foam in several seeds. I see that the foam is generated for different reasons, by fat as in the case of nuts or by toxic elements contained in the seeds, as in the case of soya, amaranth, quinoa... The foam that comes from flax looks very similar to the foam of toxic origin, and that is why I eliminate it just in case. I may be confused, but I am more at ease if I follow my intuition. Anyway, if you ever find out that this foam is not toxic, please let us know. We'll be happy to learn a little more. Thanks for asking and have a nice day!
@@VeganMilker Oh, I thought you removed it to avoid a sticky and gel like consistency. Didn't know about the toxic part. For the gel part I just soak them in water and filter out the gel. Then mix it. Delicious.

Blender included?
Hi, Time, The blender is not included. It is created to reuse the old blenders we have at home, at least, in Europe. Where are you from?
can I use mixer instead of blender?
Hi M G, to better understand your question please could you tell me the difference betwen a mixer and a blender? Thanks!
