    I just baked one of these, substituted pecan for the almond used in the original. It's still cooling but small slice that I've tried is incredible.

    For everyone asking about the macros, I added all the ingredients to MyFitnessPal dividing the recipe in 8 slices, so each slice would have as follow:
    Calories 405
    Total Fat 34.7 g ( so calories from Fat are about 312.3 per slice)
    NET carbs 5.1 g
    TOTAL carbs 7.6 g
    Protein 9.9 g
    HOPE THAT HELPED!!! Cheers 🥂

    I made this....tasted great. One little problem.....it did not set. It was more like a mousse. Maybe it was because I added more lemon juice. I basically made a lemon cheesecake which was delicious. I also browned the crust in the oven a bit. I'll try one more time without the added lemon.

    I tried this recipe and my family Loved it!! It is one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had! It also did Not have an eggy flavor and the longer you left it alone in the fridge the better it taste! Thank you!

    Size of pan needed would be good. How long to whip the cream ? Till thick ? Till soft peaks form ? Till stiff peaks form ? This is definitely a "half baked" recipe.

      @@ehabsh4933 hello I am so sorry to be responding so late. I just saw your message. I baked it over eight months ago and what I remember was that it came out pretty well. I used agave and melted butter so there was moisture. I baked it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F, 25 minutes would have overbaked it and would have been too dry. I did not use water bath neither did I leave the oven door open. I removed it from the oven after baking to allow it to properly cool. I believe it came out really moist because I did not use sugar but used liquid Agave and melted butter. I hope this helps.

      One of the most basic things to remember in cooking is that you can do things to taste. Add a bit, taste it, maybe add a bit more.
      As for the pan size yeah I wish that was stated.

    For all of you as dumb as me - 3/4 TBS of butter is 6 TBS of butter OR 3/4 of a stick of butter (There are 8 TBS in a stick of butter) OK.....that was15 minutes I'll never get back!

    What if I used heavy greek yogurt (10-11%) instead of the cream? I've seen recipes use sour cream.

      This is supposed to be keto. The Greek yoghurt is going to have too many carbs. You can use sour cream cause it doesn’t have that many. The cream has a better texture though. It will help with the cake being creamy.

    My batter tasted flat and I added more stevia but it was only a marginal improvement. I can never get that right, I did it well one time and it was nice and sweet but I messed it up every time since.

    Traté de hacer ese postre pero en realidad no queda como la presentación. En primer lugar la receta escrita te indica 1cucharada de extracto de vainilla y el video dice otra cosa.
    Indica que el crust debe estar entre 20 a 25 minutos a una temperatura de 350 grados. Si se deja ese tiempo se quema. Máximo debería ser 10 minutos a 325 grados. Con esos ingredientes básicos no le encontré sabor alguno. Desperdicio de ingredientes. Lo trataré una forma mejorada y con un poco más de azúcar

      You can for the filling but not for the crust because it would be too harsh.. you can try the small grinder

      1- Bake on 350F for 30 - 35 Minutes
      2 - Let it Cool down to to room temperature
      3 - Keep it in the Refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours

    i followed the printed instructions which say to leave the cheesecake in the oven (after the initial 30 minutes you turn the oven off) for an additional 20-25 minutes. not only was this cake not sweet enough but it was so dry . very disappointed

    This is the worst cheese cake ever. Tastes like pure cream cheese. If you like plain cream cheese, you’ll love it. This is nasty. Even the crust is yuck.
