I've tried several keto cheesecake recipes this is by far the best. Added a little cinnamon to the base and for the batter I use 2 x 250g cream cheese, 1 x 200g sour cream and one 250g mascapone cheese. Heaven!

I made a half portion of this recipe becuase I'm simply powerless over cheesecake. I added a tbsp of cocoa powder to the crust batter for an "oreo" flavor.

This was amazing!! I made it last night and had one for breakfast this morning with my coffee. I was a happy girl. Thanks for the recipe. The only thing is that it made a lot more than a 9" pan. I used a large pie plate and then it gave me 6 cupcakes as well. But I'm not complaining. It's my husband's bday tomorrow and I'm making non keto cheesecake. No one will know the difference. lol.

You'd never think something like cheesecake could ever be incorporated into a diet but that's Keto for you. A lot more quality of life for the meals in Keto then other diets out there where it's just rice broccoli and chicken breast all week long.
I made of these now , first one i didn't cook long enough, it was still delicious, second one is in the oven now! Well done with measurements aswell, can't stand it when people say 1 Cup or half a cup, how is that helpful, love your channel ,keep it up!

This was the first time i’ve made cheesecake in my life and oh my it was such a hit! Super easy and sooo good I had to come back to comment. I did make a few adjustments though: - for the crust I used coconut sugar instead of swerve as I can’t get it where I live. - for the cheesecake filling I used Allulose and honey, and also added 2 tablespoons of sour cream as I hear it gives cheesecake more moisture and airiness. Turned out AMAZING thank you for the recipe!!!

I made this and it was delicious but if you don't have a springform pan and use a regular pie pan you only need about 2/3 of the filling recipe. Also I highly encourage *adding cinnamon* to the crust and/or filling. It adds alot!

Added some cinnamon to the crust. Lemons zest to the batter. And coconut flakes on top once a baked it for a while. It takes like heaven! And the smell was beyond amazing.

I made your recipe with some slight tweak. I added monk fruit sugar golden crystals, for both crust and filling. I did not add egg to crust. I did not bake crust before. I added the bake time of crust to 35 mins for cheesecake total 50 mins.
@@mddell58 sorry to hear that. I hope you can get your health back together. I would suggest you to buy nothing but salads for the first week or two and to drink only water when you are hungry. Always do your research. Sometimes i crave sandwiches or wraps and i know i cant eat tortillas or bread so i use iceburg lettuce. If i were you i would start off with iceburg lettuce (go to Aldi's) and buy chicken breast and ground turkey and buy your sesoning and you can eat foods with lettuce until you want to try something else. Almond flour is expensive but you can try coconut flour instead and it's cheaper. I have small kids and I buy my kids a ton of snacks but now i'm able to control myself 100% from eating them too. I make healthier choices for me and kids. Instead of making mashed potatoes i make mashed cauliflower. I usually dont like eating the same foods more than 2 times in a row unless it's salad. Most importantly take yourself on a spiritual jorney to get yourself through days of temptation. Im 27 and i had a baby almost 20 months ago so now i'm feeling ready enough to lose weight. Also i did go overboard on the cheese cake but i haven't gained any weight back at all. I wish you the best! Your health is the most important. Also i wasnt working out when i lost the 23 pounds in the past month. I just started walking a week ago. I just ended my quarter of nursing school so i'm relaxing for a couple of days eating lazy keto eating zero carbs like dessert and drinking diet soda. And ill be back on a very more healthy keto diet tomorrow so i can lose another 20 pounds. Most importantly its important to take vitamins and supplements and i take fiber pills as well which helps with my weight loss. Good luck!

I tried it with the Splenda because that's all I had. I didn't want to wait until the Swerve came from Amazon and Oh! My Gosh. It was delicious!!😋I guess you have to use the sugar substitute to your liking. Thanks for the reply.

I definitely want to do the Lupin flour, miracle flour.....crackers, etc. Just 1 carb per dough ball. NOT soy....it's derived from a different part of the lupin plant.

Dee Dee I’ve never tried Splenda, but swerve is as close to the taste of sugar as you’re going to get. My sugar addict siblings couldn’t even tell the difference lol
I tried it with the Splenda because that's all I had. I didn't want to wait until the Swerve came from Amazon and Oh! My Gosh. It was delicious!!😋I guess you have to use the sugar substitute to your liking. Thanks for the reply.

This is the best Keto dessert I have ever had and will plan on making again
9 inch pan
Preheat 300F
Crust:
1 1/4 cup almond flour 850 cal
1/4 cup sweetener 0 cal
1/4 cup melted butter 400 cal
1 tsp vanilla extract 12 cal
1 egg 70 cal
Salt
Bake for 15 mins
Cheesecake:
Turn to 350F
24 oz cream cheese 2 tbsp 1920 cal
1 cup sweetener 0 cal
2 eggs 140 cal
1 tsp vanilla 12 cal
Bake for 35 mins
Let cool for 1 hour
Put in fridge for 4 hours
Hey Joe this is the first recepie I have seen that uses egg for the crust. Does the crust taste eggy after the cake is rested in the fridge ?
