One thing I have noticed since doing the individual finger stretches with your workouts is that my piano playing has improved! My fourth and fifth fingers (ring and pinky) were always weak, but now they are so much stronger. Thank you for all you do. I am a big fan! Keep up the good work.
Could you please recommend me, for me in description box accurate food scale on amazon or Walmart? I don’t how much I eat a day or in one meal measurement I don’t know if I get enough calories a day I want scale that is tell me exactly what I need to eat in one meal or snack I’m thinner size what aspecific carbs do eat ?
