Them "Load Lights" will be Great for those less stellar drivers that haven't figured out how to use the High Beam switch!
I live in Lloyd,and the reason it’s like that there is because of the street lights on 75 ave. The proper intersection has the lights, the one that’s in behind Best Buy has no lights or median. So as you can imagine everyone cuts off just before the lights and burns down the back ally. On a side note if your doing that run again it’s better to cut off at kitscoty and head north to marwayne and then east. Saves a lot of time, the guys that do that run from edmonton go that way all the time.
I thought the truck was on fire in the thumbnail. But it’s all the lights.

Talk with Andy the Kenworth Guy at Inland Kenworth who he uses for polishing and detailing their trucks. I'm sure Andy would know some good people. Google is also a great resource to find truck detailers in your area.

You should also see if u can find someone to ceramic coat your whole truck. With that the water just beads right off and is easily kept clean.
Josh, take your fuel tanks to bonhomme colony near elie and have them color matched rubberised. Looks great and no need to keep polishing
In the thumbnail your cab lights are so bright that I thought your truck was in fire.
I saw that you recently replied to someone’s comment that Diesel is retired now. But I don’t recall you officially mentioning it in any of your vlogs though…may I suggest addressing it in an upcoming vlog so everyone is aware. Also, My selfish wish is that you’d take him along on one last overnight trip…if your schedule allows. Regardless, he is a very special dog that has warmed the hearts of many of us subscribers over the years.
With the title and a quick glance at the thumbnail on my phone, I thought Ole Blue was on fire! lol

So glad you stopped Josh. Pea soup fog from the looks of it at the end if the vlog and freezing at that isn't a good thing. Also being tired and knowing it is always a good sign to park for the night as you know yourself the best and just how far to push yourself. My husband and I just returned from vacation (driving down and back from New Hampshire to South Carolina) to celebrate Christmas with our daughter and our grandson's 1st birthday. To keep us busy on the way down and back I printed out a list of the top 100 trucking companies in the United States and Canada. We checked off all the trucking companies we saw on the trip which were on the list (about 40 each way). I also critiqued how the loads were tied down on the flatbeds per your videos. Needless to say, some of the truckers (more than I thought I'd see) need to start watching your videos and paying attention; not all were "Trucker Josh Approved."

I see some new lights how do u like them i may of sent another set also that r flood lights that u could prob use on the headache rack where one is missing the other set got a different beam pattern so backing up will be day light then lol i was gonna send a 52 inch light bar but thought naa thats way over kill 🤣🤣

If you can swing the added cost, Rhino Shield after alum polish will make a huge difference in protection.
That or a good multiple layers clear coat is even better :)

My aluminum diamond plate running boards on my Truck have been clear coat painted. And they have not been polished in more than 10 years. Nice and shiny!

I live in Lloyd and it was new to me too when I moved here but I’m pretty sure they just do it because of the housing and apartments that are behind the stores. It’s easier and quicker than going through the hwy16 traffic is my best guess lol

These are our Hours of driving here in the UK ,9 hours in a day - this can be extended to 10 hours twice a week. 56 hours in a week. 90 hours in any 2 consecutive weeks.

I lived in Lloyd for 9 years. They use the back alley cause traffic is always heavy. An some people get lazy an don’t want to use the streets
I've noticed that, too. I didn't even know there was a street back there. But it was busy as hell. I'm thinking they want to avoid the red lights? Really enjoy your vids bud. Just got my class 1A. I can't wait for my first OTR gig.
I hear you on the people driving around behind the store, it's not as common where I live but people do it at Walmart to get to the Online Grocery pickup area. I'm amazed no one's hit the forklift while we're running it to move empty pallets around, or cut a tire driving around it. Some of the pallets we take out there are falling apart. You can't tell me there aren't nails and screws laying back there.
i live in Lloydminster and just a heads up so you avoid tickets, Hwy 17 is a no truck route from Hwy 16 to 52nd St

@@Basketofdeplorables123It happened to me. Josh ,go to Wal-Mart eye glasses and get a basic pair of glasses. No and on. Just for backup. I was at a safety check and the official saw that I used glasses. He asked me to show him my 2nd (backup pair of glasses)!Thank God I had my backup that day.

How Come he didn't just move his truck a bit and they could have started to load you? There seemd to be loads of space on that yard to Do that. Anyway, great content! Keep it coming

Nothing “regional” about this trip
Josh, as a Sask resident, I think Alberta drivers are by the worst drivers in Canada, or at least in Western Canada. They always drive in such a rush and sense of urgency. They speed more and drive more recklessly then any other provincial drivers. If there is a faster way or short cut like behind major businesses, Alberta drivers will use them, guaranteed. Road ethics and courtesy doesn't exist with most Alberta drivers. (Just my observations over the years)
we avoid the main roads to stay away from all the sask drivers with dui's so we dont get hit LOL
