Anterior Orientation Ruins Table Measures

All table tests are "dirty." There are always imperceptible movements that contribute to the outcome. Awareness of the possibilities and becoming reliable with your execution improves your interpretations and can shift probabilities in your favor as you intervene. Anterior orientation can steal ER or add IR depending on the degree. To help you understand, in this video, I intentionally create and remove orientations on Eric in The Purple Room to demonstrate the influence on what we perceive as hip or shoulder rotation.
