THIS ACTUALLY WORKED FOR ME!!! I've been battling a pelvic tilt for 15+ years and have tried SO many different stretches and exercises, and only a few of them helped a little bit, most not at all. I did all three of these exercises This morning and noticed an immediate realignment. This is a game-changer for me. THANK YOU!
1:24 - Hold 5-10 Sec. Relax. Repeat 5xs 2:51 - Put fists together. Lift Legs. Put fists in between knees. Drive knees together. Squeeze! Hold for 5 secs. Relax. Repeat 5xs 3:42- Slowly lower leg. Keep leg straight (once you get to a point where it is a very good stretch) Hold for 5-10 sec. Slowly come back and go up as far as you are able to go. Hold for 5-10 secs. Repeat slowly up to 10xs
After nine months of waking up every single morning at 4am with pain in my pelvis, I did this video twice and an hour later my left hip did a huge click. Last few nights I have slept without pain or need for pain killers for the first time since February. Thank you!
Would it be ok if the difference was caused by trauma, car accident with pelvis broken in three places? I was 16, willing to try just wanting to be sure. Because the thought of my hips popping sporadically is terrifying.
I want to publically thank Dr. Rowe for putting these videos on line. As a chiropractor myself, I plan on sharing these videos with my patients. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication.
After 2 years of trying to figure out what was wrong with me and countless doctor visits (chiro, pt, message, neuro, pain specialist) I had my left hip pop and instant relief, thank you.
My husband has had crippling pain in his hip and lower back for over a year and we just cant afford to go to a chiropractor. His right hip sits much higher since the wreck he had. Tonight it was so bad he was in tears. I found this video and got him to do this and he was cracking and poping from the second he started. He stood up and almost jumped in excitement. He said he could just kiss you 😅. Thanks for this video more than you will ever know

Can you give a few more details? I'm really curious about your experience as my left leg is longer and the exercises don't seem to have that drastic an effect.
Can't believe it, but IT REALLY WORKED FOR ME!!! I've been struggling with lateral pelvic tilt for years and couldn't walk for longer than an hour, did the first 2 exercises only once, and now I'm back to life again! Thank you so much!
have you been reading my mind because I didn't say a word about my hips being out of place. after noticing it and trying to figure out what to do I saw this video within a half hour. and you got right to the subject matter and you make perfect sense. thank you so much. my chiropractor died 2 years ago. I traveled almost 400 miles to see him, among other things, but it's wonderful to know that I can do simple things to relieve pain and keep my body in sync. bless you bless you bless you ❤️
This is a brilliant video. I’ve had back pain for about 21 years, Pars defect in L4/5 and a severe sacroiliac disfunction. My whole body has just got worse over the years, right leg so much shorter than the left and my whole body is imbalanced, severe tightness through all my left side, and absolute no muscle strength in the whole right side of the body to keep it in position. I’ve been doing you exercises daily and my back as never felt better in years. I feel like my right glute is starting to finally fire and slowly starting to rebalance. A long way to go still but thanks for sharing, you literally saved my life. I’ve been through so much depression and my back imbalance has caused so many isssues throughout my body throughout the years with misdiagnoses. Thanks again, keep up the great work. It’s life changing
I am really happy to heat that, and I'm so glad you found this video and it made a huge difference. Thank you for watching, and I hope to hear more from you in the future!
You just RADIATE light from inside. That's a beautiful thing to see. Thank you for taking the time to put together and film these videos. It's so generous to share you knowledge and experience with the world.
I came across this last night. I tried it and I felt incredible. I’ve been dealing with back pain since 2018 and after thousands of dollars in copays this video brought me the pain relief injections and PT could not. I’ve shared it with a friend who also has been dealing with SI pain. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
Wow! I did these and noticed a big difference this very first time. I have been in Physical Therapy for 3 years and these are the most effective exercises I have ever done. Thanks a million!😃
anyone with a sitting job really should take time to do these exercises every day, maybe twice a day at that. The stretch at the end was new for me - just tried it out and it is really worth the effort. Will bring these into my daily routine - morning and night. Just really helpful - thanks!
After 27 years of cleaning carpets I thought I may at the end of my business until I watched this. Incredible. After years of chiropractic treatments and anti-inflammatories this made me feel better than I have in years the first day I did it. Thank you so much Doctor. This was life changing for me.
I used to clean carpets. I don't think people realize what a labor intensive job this is. I did it for eight years, and it destroyed my shoulder. Gave me SI joint dysfunction as well. I feel for you doing it for that long. I hope you are feeling better. Take care friend! 🙂
This is incredible.. I have been visiting several physiotherapists for almost 2 years now. I had tried lifting heavy weight due to which my lower back was giving me immense trouble even while walking. I knew there was some problem with the hip joint,.. Came across your video and the first exercise I tried, I felt the relief that I hadn't felt for almost 2 years now. Amazing thank you so much....
Thank you so much for making this information available, for those of us who either can't get to the chiropractor or whose chiro never told us about this! Fist bump and high five!
I have hip dysplasia and this worked phenomenally. The exercises the doctor gave me only work sometimes, but I've been in pain for 3 days now, tried this and heard a pop. Feels so much better!
While I receive regular Chiropractic adjustments, and have gotten help for my hip issues, I was dealing with a particularly troublesome round on the left side (my usual issue). I am a tennis player, and could hardly move on the court due to the discomfort. Did multiple stretches and bends to try to get the hip to release (not yet due for my next adjustment). Had about given up. So I went searching tonight, and found your exercises. I immediately put them to work, and felt movement and popping with the isometric exercise. Initially, the left leg improved (could lift without pain), but then the right leg was hurting. Did another round of the iso, and both are much improved. I expect some soreness to linger, but there was clearly a shift that freed up the hip! Thank you so much! I've been looking for ways to better tend to these needs between adjustments, and have found a great option here! I'm subscribed!
I've been fixing my neck all day today and my body finally noticed how badly aligned my hips are, too. you really helped balance my hips out. I'll continue doing these and work t recovery. Thank you!!
Absolutely unbelievable! This fixed my pelvic alignment. My knees would flare out when squatting prior to the correction. Now my knees and hip are perfectly aligned when squatting.
After a major fall I had I landed on my tailbone I’ve suffered unbearable pain. My activity levels dropped immensely due to lower back issues. These exercises helped my lower back pain and even helped my alignment. My knees don’t pop when I bend down now. It’s crazy. So thankful I found your video. I’m going to repeat these exercises as much as possible.
Hej Dr Rowe! I had pain in my whole body in many years and I was depressed because of it. I am so young and I was near to operate my spondylitis. Because I thought it was the problem until I saw this video about fixing hips in balance which made I have no problem anymore. It’s like magic. I’m crying while I writing this comment. Don’t know how to thank you. Much love to you. Tnx 🙏
You are a saint. I battle with pelvic alignment sporadically from heavy deadlifting sessions. Recently had one that absolutely gutted my lower back and inhibited walking. Found this video and immediately had improvements in less pain at rest and walking. Thank you greatly.
Dr. Rowe. I just found your video tonight. I’m 59 have had terrible hip trouble. My right leg is about an inch or more shorter than the other. I’m doing every thing in my power to help myself. I just did the first two exercises and I could feel it working my muscles in my hips. I’m determined to do these exercises every day. Plus I’m using my inversion table also. Thank you so much for these simple exercises. Please make more videos about the hips. I don’t ever want to do surgery. I’m trying to take control myself. I can tell these are so simple yet effective. I’m going to to the last step up exercise after I type this. You truly are a blessing. I have tears in my eyes right now finding things like your exercises that will help me and give me relief from the pain I’ve suffered with for so long. I’m definitely subscribing to your channel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Honestly thank you so much. I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix my back pain. Last time it lasted 10 days before going away on its own. Googled high hip and you came up. Thanks brother. Feels way better after doing this exercise twice. I now know I have something I can do to help it rather than lying on the floor for multiple days
I fell flat hitting the crest of my left hip. After that, one day coughing, I felt a twitch on my lower back and got pinned to the floor with back and leg pain. Tried the isometric exercise and had some sort of relief. Finally something! Thank you so much!
I have had a high hip since 50 yrs ago when I did broad jumping & bruised my heal, from that, my one hip higher than other . Also from carrying school books on one arm side contributed. So, walking & balance off a wee bit, but I continue to walk & gym several times a week. In very good shape other than this. Thanks for this routine; I will continue with this one. Your videos are always very simple to learn & helpful. Thank you!
I cant thank you enough for this video. I was in so much pain even though i go to chiropractor for this issue but keeps coming back. This video helped me a lot!!! Thank you 🙏🏻
I wish I could like this video more than once because it deserves it. I appreciate you giving out information on real world problems that people are experiencing that is just taking away from the whole life experience in order to fix some thing that’s kept you from being as mobile as you wish to be.
21 year Army veteran, 5 knee surgeries, 2 hip surgeries, c4 c5 fusion. Oh, herniated disc lower back. I have been battling hip and back issues for about 15 years, have been in PT for 5 years off and on. Just started with hip injections to prolong what I was told was inevitable, hip replacement. I came across this 3 days ago and I have been doing it 2 times per day…I feel amazing, thank you for this…game changer.
Oh man, I'm so excited to do this. I just found out a couple visits ago to PT that my hips were out of line. 2 days ago the therapist realigned my hips and I got over 50% relief in pain and it really straightened my whole body out. What a difference for the better. This is a great video and I was hoping to find something to be able to self correct my hips. Very good. Thank you.
Thankyou so much, this put my pelvis back to normal, been suffering for 5 years and fixed it in 5 minutes, why couldn't the professionals do this cost me over $1000 with no results, thankyou immensely.
Hi Dr. Rowe, thank you for all your videos. I have had lower back issues most SIjoint related for years. I did a few of your videos and never felt relief like this before. Its speeding up my recovery so much quicker. Definitely my go to videos. Thank you Vicky
I have been trying to find out for so long what the pain in my lower right back area was, and I just worked slowly with these exercises for about 15 minutes and I only ever remember having this much mobility in my hips as a kid! Thank you so much for this video!!!!!! I have had so much trouble with work, exercising, and even just walking and bending in general!! Such a big improvement!
Thanks for these. No shift in uneven hips or quick relief of seemingly intractable SI joint pain along with hip/fai pain on first go, but maybe over time, chiropractic plus PT and exercising on my own with this and many other exercises from the PT will help. I am trying several of your exercises and really appreciate all this free help you provide!
I hurt my back at work 4 months ago moving a patient in the ER (herniated disk L3, and somehow my pelvis is .5-1" out of line), I heard and felt a loud POP come from my spine and I've been going to chiro weekly for 4 months. The adjustments only help for that day but fall out by the next. I haven't been able to sit in over 4 months due to the shooting nerve pain that goes down my left side sometimes cause foot/leg to numb. If I don't sit it's not too bad but once I sit longer than 5-10 minutes in a day my back and hip/leg scream rest of the day with constant sciatic pains. Anyway, I found your videos recently to recreate the adjustments my chiro does and it's been a tremendous help to just alleviate some of the pain that builds up through the day. This and the video "SAFE lower back mobilization stretch" have really eased my pain at night and let me sleep a bit better. Seriously, thank you so much.
Wasn't getting the first exercise at first, but I realized that if you drive the leg that is weaker upwards, it helps to activate that side of the hip and vice versa. Similarly with the third exercise, I feel like the leg that stands on the raised platform is the side that is being activated and strengthened - I hope I got this right because I have a really strong left lower back, hip and legs so my left side is always tight but my right side feels like it's wasting away because I can never activate it. So I'm only trying to do these exercises to activate my right side. Overall, the second and third exercises feel the most effective and I'm actually noticing a huge difference in my walking (equal pressure on both legs) immediately after the exercises. The second exercise also consistently gives me a pop when I do the first rep. Amazing!
Same! My weak side was the left side and I actually lost 0.5 inches off my calves due to not putting enough pressure on it when walking. After doing this, I can feel that I’m applying equal pressure on both hips and similarly to you, only 2 and 3 felt good. Gonna try them for a month
Dr Rowe? More like Dr goat. 3 years of endless hip pain that caused disrupincy in my life my work and just everything in general. It triggered digestive problems and made me think more than what it was. While I still have severe scoliosis I attempted this exercise with a resistance band that I have and can wrap the same way ( even though the broom stick is better and will try that as well. My hips are like new and once that crack hits and opens up that nostril of relief you know you just hit gold. I will attempt this everyday and can't wait to feel young again with my workouts and routines
Gotta be honest, I wasn't actually expecting that to work, but chiropractors are expensive and I was willing to try just about anything to deal with my hip at home. This marks the first time I've sat without pain in over 2 weeks. Thank you for putting this video out there.
I am so thankful for this video. I have been trying everything to try to figure out how to get my hips to align for years. I will do this everyday until I am perfect. Thank you so much
OMG!!! I’ve been struggling with my left hip since a bad fall 15years ago. I wish my chiro would have told me exercises I could do at home to help myself. Today is Sunday, my chiro appt is Wednesday and I didn’t think I was gonna make it because this past week I’ve been with the most annoying ache that almost made me cry out of frustration. I decided to do a quick search and found this hip-SAVING video! I got IMMEDIATE relief!! Thank you so much for sharing this!!!
Thank you so much for sharing this! I have hyper-mobility and my muscles had become so tense that my hips had become so aligned. While doing this stretch, I felt so much relief and my hips were almost completely normal.
I’ve always known the first part but it always seemed like I was bandaging a bigger issue. The second part is what I’ve been missing for years! Being 6’5” i always end up sitting in the most awkward positions and this hip stretch has given me at least an extra inch of travel via my right hip. Thank you thank you thank you ❤️
My chiropractor has been working with me since I slipped my L5S1 a month ago. Progress is great. I mentioned to him so right hip pain I've had for months, and he fixed it in 10 seconds. Buuuut my left hip hurts now more than my right one ever did😂 I'll do this when I get home. Chiropractic is great. It's amazing how well a good chiropractor understands the body after just a glance and some prodding and poking.
Man, i really feel it in those stretches. Being 6'8" n almost 40yrs old, my back is super wonky. I work too much to have time to visit chiro. High right hip one of my major issues and this stretch...omg...hip feels loose again for first time in forever. Ill def continue this every other night! Thanks so much!
I have been struggling with this problem for years. Thank you for the tips. I am most definitely going to try these exercises. This is a great form of information for those of us who cannot get to the chiropractor, especially in this new time we’re living in. Thank you, so much, from Massachusetts
I did what you instructed and it worked! No more SI pain, and it saved me a visit to the family guy who probably didn’t know how to fix the problem and would recommend a pelvic scan
I work as a personal trainer and love your channel and content. I feel comfortable walking clients through these exercises without crossing any bounds of physical contact or manual adjustments. They are very helpful for most people.
Thank you so much for this video! After doing the exercise I felt relief straight away. I can clearly see that my shoulders are more level in the mirror!
I had left lower back pain for almost 7 months that I thought was sciatica. After doing the exercise with the step, my hip popped back in place and I was immediately cured of back pain. I do that exercise every couple days now. I never thought my back pain was due to my hip being out of place. Thank you!!!
Thank you 🙏🏾 sir! I’ve add those exercises to my arsenal. My problems are with my hip, pelvic, shoulder and lower back(all on the same side) those exercises definitely are a Godsend!✌🏾
THANK YOU. My run yesterday had too many hills I think and I was hurting bad today. My right hip was higher and I did the exercises and feel much better.
Thank you from Canada!! 🇨🇦 This has been a problem for me for years and does not last long between adjustments! I could see an improvement using the 'mirror test' and after 2 sets I felt much better. Great exercise!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@@MsBellaStJohn Good morning ,Thanks for taking time and responding to me, yes that was 8 months ago, by then I suffered so much but now day's I'm OK. Have done couple of exercises regularly then everything seems fine. As you know sometimes life works for us mysterious ways beyond our control, stupidly I made a big mistake 3 years ago I decided to go ahead with a surgery operation which was not necessary for me (I was fooled and framed by people whom you don't want to know) so that operation changed my life. Here’s to anyone looking for that one specific comment like me; I’ve been bed ridden for a few days since I can’t move at all because of my lower back pain. I tried the first two exercises under my family’s observation (please make sure, If possible, to have someone with you in case you get locked up something) very, very carefully while in bed. It really did give me some relieve, at least enough to be able to move a bit. I’ve been doing the exercise where you stand against a wall with your arm since yesterday, and all together I’ve noticed my hip shift into position a bit (I’m not completely there yet). But most importantly, I have WAY less pain, which I’m really really grateful for. Thanks doc!! PS: anyone else feeling like they’re too young to go through this? I’m only 26 😭😭😭
To the OP I had my first back surgery at 24 years old. I had a fusion of S1-L5 and L5-L4, I'm now 37 continue to have my ups and downs. Back issues are no fun and those who have never delt with them cannot relate. Keep your head up and hang in there.
Madmartigan thank you for sharing! I can’t even begin to imagine how painful or stressful that must be. I’ve watched my mother go through ups and downs too, which is why I am really scared of injuring my back. I went to the doctor and thankfully he couldn’t find anything wrong with my spine or the discs 🙏🏽
Just want to share. I did this exercise only twice so far (last night and this morning). My left/right legs measured 39in/49.5in. Now it’s 39in/39.3in. Such a huge difference within a short period of time. Walking feels better. And I no longer feel the urge to sit with one hip tilted to the right.
I'm excited to finally find a simple and effective way to put my hip back in place. Thank you so much. Did the exercise all the way through first time and immediately got relief all the way down to my ankles. I can't thank you enough for posting this!!! ❤

Thank you Dr. Rowe: Your videos are great with to the point information. I had been suffering for lower back pain for quite some times, got better, got worst, and so on for on an off. Last week I was picking up a soap bar from the counter; as it was farther away and I had to lean forward to pick it up. I heard and felt a "clitch: on my right side, top of the pelvis and I had a bit of discomfort to come back to stand straight. Four hours later I had terrible pain, sitting and standing was so painful. I had to put my hands on thighs to stand up and walking was challenging. Dragging right foot four inches while left foot helping to walk with 6 to 8 inches in steps. I followed some of the exercise and it gave me instant relief in 8 to 10 seconds. I started walking. Four days I suffered severe pain, most of the time staying in bed. Now most of my issues are fixed but I feel I have pelvis misalligned. I can sit down, stand up without any problems. I will ry this technique and see how it help. Thank you very much for providing helpful tips and information. God bless you. You are a good doctor and a true healer. Thanks for this video Doc.

It funny how chiros mock the medical system pushing drugs for money while they skirt around fixing your root problems for repeat business.
hahahah shes no longer my chiropractor felt funny to me
I've been struggling with this for 2 years I paused the video and did it asap I am so relieved. Thank you so much
Thanks so much for watching!
Been out of line for 6 months. This fixed it in 2 min. Unbelievable 🙏 Thank you so much for this ❤
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching too.
Thanks for watching!
😊👍🏻
As it has to do with muscles, be sure to keep training them, it’s necessary to maintain the result!
have you been reading my mind because I didn't say a word about my hips being out of place. after noticing it and trying to figure out what to do I saw this video within a half hour. and you got right to the subject matter and you make perfect sense. thank you so much. my chiropractor died 2 years ago. I traveled almost 400 miles to see him, among other things, but it's wonderful to know that I can do simple things to relieve pain and keep my body in sync. bless you bless you bless you ❤️
Hope the exercises help for a long time to come, and thanks so much for watching!
That gives some hope...
im literally crying over my uneven hips cause i noticed how big the difference was when i wore a tight dress .. ty this gave me a lil hope
Can you please tell me how many times do you repeat these exercises during the day. Thank you
This gives me so much hope!!! Very similar situation.
You just RADIATE light from inside. That's a beautiful thing to see.

Great to hear that, and thanks for watching and sharing!
Wow! I did these and noticed a big difference this very first time. I have been in Physical Therapy for 3 years and these are the most effective exercises I have ever done. Thanks a million!😃
Great to hear, and glad you found this video!
anyone with a sitting job really should take time to do these exercises every day, maybe twice a day at that. The stretch at the end was new for me - just tried it out and it is really worth the effort. Will bring these into my daily routine - morning and night. Just really helpful - thanks!
I hope they really make a difference for you, and thanks for watching!

After 27 years of cleaning carpets I thought I may at the end of my business until I watched this. Incredible. After years of chiropractic treatments and anti-inflammatories this made me feel better than I have in years the first day I did it. Thank you so much Doctor. This was life changing for me.
That's absolutely amazing to hear, and I'm really happy you found this video. Keep at it, it's working!
That’s fantastic, glad you found the video!
Thank you so much for making this information available, for those of us who either can't get to the chiropractor or whose chiro never told us about this! Fist bump and high five!
Happy to help, and thanks so much for watching!
I have hip dysplasia and this worked phenomenally. The exercises the doctor gave me only work sometimes, but I've been in pain for 3 days now, tried this and heard a pop. Feels so much better!
Glad the exercises are helping!
Glad the exercises are helping, and thanks so much for the sub!
This is immediately helpful! Thank you so much. I have been working on fixing my hip for a year, nothing worked till i tried this. THANK YOU
I've been fixing my neck all day today and my body finally noticed how badly aligned my hips are, too. you really helped balance my hips out. I'll continue doing these and work t recovery. Thank you!!
Keep at it!
Absolutely unbelievable! This fixed my pelvic alignment. My knees would flare out when squatting prior to the correction. Now my knees and hip are perfectly aligned when squatting.
Glad you found the video and it’s helping!
How long did that take to fix. I've had squatting imbalance (including doing squats with barbell) for most of my life!
Really glad to hear these exercises are making a huge difference for you. Keep at them!
Hej Dr Rowe! I had pain in my whole body in many years and I was depressed because of it. I am so young and I was near to operate my spondylitis. I squat heavy and also noticed my hips were not align making my hip flexor so sore and hopefully this improves the alignment
Dr.

Здравствуйте. Вы решили эту проблему?
Thank you!

Very good. Thank you.

Someone sent me this video after I was complaining about pain. I couldn't be more thankful.

Great to hear you’re getting relief, and thanks for watching!
I’m the same way my right side hips shoulder knees I’m sure it’s because my hips are out of alignment
Maybe a pinched nerve
Thanks for these. No shift in uneven hips or quick relief of seemingly intractable SI joint pain along with hip/fai pain on first go, but maybe over time, chiropractic plus PT and exercising on my own with this and many other exercises from the PT will help. I am trying several of your exercises and really appreciate all this free help you provide!
Hope the exercises help, and thanks for watching!
I'm 24 and have had arthritis in my hips and knees for couple years thanks this helps so much
Glad to hear the exercises are helping, and thanks so much for watching!
Hope the exercises help for a long time to come, and thanks for watching!
That’s great to hear!

Immediately relieved my hip pain! Thank you very much!
GREAT to hear you got immediate relief, and thanks so much for watching!
Which exercise gave you relief?
I’m trying this asap! I used another video for mid-back adjustments and it’s been working very well the last couple weeks
Hope the exercises help, and please give us an update soon!
How did it go?
I was able to get some relief but I think I’ll have to keep at it
This literally just saved me from some excruciating pain! Thank you so much!
Glad it helped!
I have been lame on and off for months and have now been told I need a hip replacement. I tried this 5 days ago and am almost normal now with minimal discomfort. You really are very clever and generous in sharing all your knowledge. Thank you so much
Thank you Dr.
Wow! Best advice I've ever received from a chiropractor. Thanks 👍🏻
Hope the exercises help for a long time to come, and thanks so much for watching!
Dr. Rowe "I'll show you how to fix your hip in 30 seconds"
Me- stares suspiciously at the 5:54 timer...
Yeah, I’d ask for a refund.

@@DrRowe legendary comment!
Yes nothing understand... just bla bla bla...
I used the broomstick. My wife asked what the hell was going on. 😂
Ha! Hope it's working, and thanks so much for watching.
Dr Kelly Starrett has Demo doing an alternative version.
@@thetaylorholt There are many exercises that can help, especially more advanced ones for athletes (which Dr. Starrett focuses on). I just think these are the easiest for beginners. Thanks for watching!
@@DrRowe Thank you! This was great info. Truly, thank you.
@@DrRowe The leg drop does look like a good stretch.
