  • Beach Please is a Mumbai based youth community that conducts weekly clean-up drives at Dadar beach, Mithi River Basin (Mahim) and Mangrove forests at
    Airoli in Navi Mumbai.
    The group was founded by Malhar Kalambe at age 19, with the aim of cleaning a small part of Dadar beach as a one-time activity with school friends.
    The reunion of friends soon snowballed into a youth movement leading to the clearing of 63 Lakh KGS of garbage over 226 weeks of cleaning.
    Malhar and the team of Beach Please have been honored with several prestigious awards over the years and also conducts sensitization programs on environmental conservation with schools, colleges and corporate organizations and have engaged more than 2,50,000 citizens through their initiative.
