I'm just getting into salvage and wondered if the paint used and lacquer used was 2k or 1k out of interest.

Why did your not paint the bumper before you reassembled it? All that making around the grille will just least to an edge and peeling paint in a few months time? Assuming the blocking off the primer wasn't shown?
Yh mate was all taken care of. My painter is old school Turkish and he is very set in hi ways. I’ll mention this to him tho as I wasn’t aware.

Spoke to him, he said it’s all in the sanding process. It’s his process. He swears by it. The I’ve used him for years and never had any peals. Hope it stays that way!!! Lol

I ended up sellin the car very quick and unexpectedly. I can do a full break down after one of my other videos for you. I paid around 15k as it was then spent another 1600 on fixing. I’ll do a full breakdown in a future vid for you mate.
