  • Опубліковано 22 лют 2021
  • This is the January 2021 update from Southeastern Railway regarding the introduction of the class 707 Siemens Desiro trains on their suburban rail services.
Train sets 707003 and 707004 are currently being used for both driver training and other training related tasks, e.g. train maintenance.
According to the video, the train sets are currently being stored at the Grove Park train deport.
The new train sets will eventually be liveried in Southeastern dark blue and yellow, replacing the old South Western Trains red, yellow and blue livery.
The trains sets are 30 five-car trains in total and have been financed under the Direct Award Contract with the Department for Transport.
