Great video. I just installed a set of BDS traction bars on my 06 Cummins and like how they turned out. But would have been nice if they included a correct size drill bit like the BD set did.

I have the same exact truck as yours with a six inch lift and my headlights dont work right…i have a line that cuts off the light…..at night i cant see the road….i dont know the name of the headlights but i was hoping you could give me some tips….

I have a 1999 2nd gen dodge and If I put traction bars on now then put a 5 inch lift on 3 months from then would that be fine or would I have to buy new trac bars Someone please help me.

its for people who powder coat them out the box. most people powdercoat when they buy stuff so theyd waste a set of bushings if they were already pressed in. + it saves the manufacturer money

Don't need to remove battery terminals to weld on your 12v pickup thats a myth. Keep your ground next to where you are welding. Electricity is shortest path.

I'm surprised they don't recommend to weld the bracket to the axle tube. If I installed a set I'd atleast run a bead so it doesn't move.

Not sure where you guys are located but in my area, any kind of welding to the frame or axle would have the vehicle blacklisted and unregisterable for insurance.

From my parts supplier, but you should be able to get them almost anywhere. They are called Husky long john flaps, super cheap haha.

@@darkirondiesel I just did a sump but I'm running the stock lift pump on the side of the block. It's so much more pressure than my stock commonrail's in tank pump. Huge difference eliminating it. Can't beat the filtration of those aftermarket filters though. Maybe sometime I'll upgrade the filtration but gonna send it without for now! lol

yea you're definitely not a welder lol those arent really welded. they would fail if there was any stress on those welds, but with 5 bolts on top of 2 crap welds, it should be fine.
