    स्वादिष्ठ रेसिपी आपके दोपहर के भोजन के लिए | ये बिना तेल, बिना तड़के और बिना ज़्यादा मिर्च-मसालों की बनी है | इसमें अनाज की मात्रा कम और सब्ज़ियों की मात्रा ज़्यादा है, और इसीलिए, इसको पचाना बहुत आसान है। इसमें सफ़ेद चावल की जगह हम ब्राउन चावल इस्तमाल करते है, क्यों की ब्राउन चावल में पूरणता होती है।

    हरी चटनी की रेसिपी
    सामग्री
    • 1 कप धनिया पत्‍ती
    • ½ कप पुदीने की पत्‍ती
    • ½ कप कच्‍चा आम, मोटा-मोटा काटा हुआ
    • 1 टीस्पून साबुत जीरा
    • 1 टीस्पून सेंधा नमक
    • 1 छोटी हरी मिर्च
    बनाने का तरीका
    1. सभी चीजों को ब्‍लेंडर में एक साथ पीस लें। चटनी को भारतीय व्‍यंजनों जैसे कि खिचड़ी या दलिया के साथ परोसें।
    2. चटनी को आप 3-4 दिन तक फ्रिज में रख सकते है।

    सामग्री (3 लोगों के लिए)
    • ¾ कप भिगोए हुए ब्राउन राइस
    • 6 कप पानी
    • 1 कप बारीक कटी हुई हरी बीन्‍स
    • 1 कप कद्दूकस किए गए गाजर
    • 1 कप कद्दूकस की गयी लौकी
    • 1 टीस्पून हल्‍दी पाउडर
    • 1 कप बारीक कटा हुआ पालक
    • 2 छोटी हरी मिर्च, बारीक पिसी हुई
    • 1 कप बारीक कटे हुए टमाटर
    • ½ कप नारियल के टुकड़े (ब्‍लेंडर में ब्‍लेंड किए हुए)
    • 2 टीस्पून सेंधा नमक
    • ½ कप बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
    बनाने का तरीका
    1. एक मिटटी की हांड़ी में ब्राउन राइस को 6 कप पानी के साथ रखें। इसे धीमी आंच पर मुलायम होने तक पकायें (लगभग 45 मिनट)। बीच-बीच में उन्‍हें चलाते रहें।
    2. हांड़ी में बीन्‍स, गाजर, लौकी और हल्‍दी डालें और 15 मिनट और पकायें। यदि आवश्‍यकता हो तो और पानी डालें।
    3. फिर हांड़ी में पालक और हरी मिर्च डालें। अच्‍छी तरह से मिलायें और अगले 5 मिनट्स तक पकायें।
    4. गैस बंद कर दें। टमाटर, नारियल और नमक मिलायें। बर्तन को 5 मिनट तक ढक कर रखें ।
    5. धनिया पत्तियों से सजायें हरी चटनी के साथ परोसें।

    सामग्री (3 लोगों के लिए)
    • 1 कप दलिया
    • 1 ½ टीस्पून साबुत जीरा
    • 1 कप हरी बीन्‍स, बारीक कटी हुई
    • 1 कप गाजर, बारीक कटे हुए
    • 1 कप हरी मटर
    • 2 छोटी हरी मिर्च, बहुत बारीक कटी हुई
    • 4 कप पानी
    • 2 टीस्पून सेंधा नमक
    • एक मुट्टी ताजा हरा धनिया
    बनाने का तरीका
    1. एक बर्तन में दलिया को हल्‍का ब्राउन होने तक भून लें। उसके बाद, इसे एक कटोरे में निकाल लें।
    2. एक दूसरा बर्तन लीजिए। इसे मध्‍यम आंच पर गर्म करें। जीरा डालें और इसे गहरा ब्राउन होने तक भून लें। बीन्‍स, गाजर और मटर डालें और अच्‍छी तरह मिला लें। बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च डालें और एक बार फिर से सभी चीजों को मिला लें।
    3. बर्तन में 4 कप पानी डालें और इसमें उबाल आने दें। उसके बाद भूना हुआ दलिया डालें। ढक्‍कर बंद करें और गैसे को मध्‍यम आंच पर दलिया के सारा पानी सोखने तक पकायें।
    4. जब सब कुछ पक जाता है तो, गैसे बंद कर दें। सेंधा नमक मिलायें और इसे 5 मिनट के लिए ढककर रख दें।
    5. बहुत सारे हरे धनिये से सजायें और हरी चटनी के साथ आनंद लीजिए। इसे पकाने के 3-4 घंटे के भीतर खा लें।

    Subah, I like your videos. I joined Mohan Gupta Ji Group and followed his teaching. I feel as if you have taken this knowledge from him. The difference is only he speaks hindi and you are uploading in English also. Acharya Mohan Gupta is really a great person. He is not charging even for consultation. I am healthy after following his advices. After watching your videos I always feel as if Mohan Gupta ji explaining.

    A superb book indeed. Got my copy recently. Not a strict vegan .... but certainly follow a low to very low carb lifestyle. Your book is a recipe idea ocean for clean and natural food .     Hey Subha..really I'm in love with ur way of representation. It is awesome. Since childhood I'm pure vegetarian bcoz my family is vegetarian. I used to obey the principles of swastayini & sadachar. My parents strictly follow all these principles. I'm glad at least someone is there who is following all these rules of satwik aahar & byabahar in today's time.

    I tried daliya and it was heavenly delicious. Even though there are hardly any spices it still tastes so good. Yes you do need some chutney to go with it bcoz it a little on the dry side . I made coconut chutney bcoz that was available at home.

    Please make a video on coconut giri. How to get coconut fresh everytime. I dont have time to peel off coconut everyday. Because in your recipes Coconut is mostly used ingredient. This video was nice. 👍

      Best to cut it into pieces and put it in blender, you got grated coconut. Maybe your blender/mixer will go too soon.

    Hi team I am really inspired by your thoughts and satvic food recipes. I do have a question that is green chilly is satvic?
    Since many books and even Sadhguru JV also says green chilly is not satvic hence better to use black pepper.

      We don't recommend Triphala powder. If you take it on a daily basis you will be habitual of it. One should not be dependent on the external source for passing motions.

      Hi Neha,
      Healthy body weight can be maintained by following the Satvic lifestyle that includes Fasting, Enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan and some regular exercise.
      Before you focus on gaining weight, you need to make sure that you are complying with all the 8 symptoms of good health and you have cured your disease if you had any.
      8 symptoms are:-
      1. No bad body odor
      2. Feeling True hunger
      3. Deep and good quality sleep
      4. Positive thoughts and mindset.
      5 No excessive weight.
      6. Clear skin.
      7. Timely excretion of waste from the body.
      8. Feeling energetic throughout the day.
      If you do comply with all 8 symptoms, then you can focus on gaining weight in a healthy manner through these steps :
      1. Bring down your fasting period from 16 to 14.
      2. Have 7 soaked seeds of choice and 2 dates after breakfast.
      3. Have 3 slices of coconut Giri or banana with some nut butter in your mid-meal.
      4. You may have some starch vegetables in your dinners such as sweet potato or pumpkin.

      Dude...don’t take branded one....take brown rice of unpackaged .....you can have white rice ,only if you are not diabetic.....but still brown rice is great ....
      Btw my suggestion....better have satvic roti and curry......simple....

      Hairfall can be cured by following the satvic lifestyle that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, satvic diet plan and some regular exercise. Include curry leaves and beetroot in your diet.
      Hair fall just does not happens randomly. Your body is trying to tell you something. First, let’s understand the root cause of hair fall. The root cause is the accumulation of toxins inside the body. These toxins arise in your body due to wrong food & lifestyle habits (such as eating wrong types of food, eating too much food, eating at the wrong times, lack of physical exercise, lack of sunlight, lack of fresh air, etc). When toxins cannot exit through the stool channel, they start forcing their way out through your scalp, hence causing hair fall. ⁣

      People desperately try to cure this with hair fall shampoos and conditioners, serums, and even medicines. But that’s not right, because they’re trying to hide the symptoms, without eradicating the root cause of the problem. No shampoo in the world can cure the truth. If something inside your body is not well, it will show up on your scalp. The outer you is just a reflection of what’s happening inside your body. Simply putting something on your scalp will not heal your intestines or your liver or your pancreas where the problem actually exists.       Follow this hair care routine at least 2 times a week -
      a) Massage your scalp with any Pure Herbal oil for 10 minutes.
      b) Wash your hair with water.
      c) Rub some Gram flour on your scalp to clean out the oil.
      d) Wash your hair with water again.
      e) Pat dry the hair with a clean dry towel.

    I tried the satvic khichadi yesterday and oh my my my it was tasty also so so easy to make and digest. I thought i will add a little ghee assuming it will be bland but i was wrong.
