Regarding no#2. I don't celebrate my birthday at all. It's just another day on the calendar to me. It has no significance or meaning to me. if i want to celebrate my existence or get together with a close few, i can do that any day.

I'm similar. I think I was 12-13 when the last birthday party happened. My mom continued to make my favourite cake until she couldn't anymore. A friend in college found out and treated me to dinner, as did my ex-GFs. That was a long time ago. I've made it clear at work that my DOB is a "state secret" and should not be announced over the departmental PA system ever. Surprisingly, they've honoured that request. Its just another day. The only special thing about it is that marks that I'm that much closer to anticipated retirement.

I don't necessarily celebrate my birthday, but I do take the week off. My birthday is towards the end of the year. So, it is a good time to reflect on how the year went and make adjustments if necessary to ensure that I complete my annual goals as well as start thinking about the coming year.

I am content with a small delicious buttercream cake and some wine or whiskey, all to myself, sitting in front of some good flicks on TV.

This channel brings reality home. I've a better understanding of who I am.
Example: I'm a "walk through" kinda guy. Whether bar or birthday party, I walk in, eat the cake or buy a few drinks/hug the women, shake some hands have some laughs then leave.
They're always begging me to stay. I always leave on a high note, not sticking around til the end of the occasion.
It all dies, why be there and watch the death?

Well when you are high quality person in general, the so called modern conformity is not the first on mind. As this video relates to me, to be open minded on my side when you understand the world and people especially these times (which is a rare person) it naturally makes you a quiet person. Being a loud bravado is the norm for Western society in general then you see people try SO hard to fit in that it actually makes me laugh sincerely. Well people live and learn if they choose to be that is. Have no ego, and entitlement in western society for example now leaves bafflement with confusion since most people who can't understand something they will label it even if it's not correct so they can dismiss what they thought. I really say such thoughtfulness is not popular, yet it's also like saying people shunned away reality as a whole. Welcome to the modern world. 😅

What really matters is being happy , relationships, not possessions , time is your biggest asset, success is longer hours eg work slaves. Balance is key, straight talking no egg shell walking.
    Being authentic!!

The first thing we let women know is don't try to enslave us. I see that a lot. Today's little male slave.

For #4; a couple of my executives have, for the past several years, been prodding me to apply for a senior management position. I just do not want the added stress of that level of management, and I have no desire for the perks and prestige. I could care less.

I think I will have to say something on topic numbers 5😂😂
My church anniversary is next month and there was a head of unit meetings, and then a poll was drafted for option yes to do the anniversary and option no, opposing the anniversary. Among 9 persons, I was the only person that chooses option NO, not to hold the anniversary programs.
Well, personally I don't like crowd and anything that disturb my peace and solitude, I do not use to take it upon myself. But because I loose out on the context, the anniversary is going to hold. 😂😂

As an adult I have never celebrated my birthday. Once my ex took me to a bar where some friends were there for a surprise party.
Almost got into a fight with a strange, don’t remember why! Just another reason to stay away.

Great video. All points are me. Fortunately or unfortunately for me, the costs of getting a higher income job will be greater for the long term benefits. As my younger days having been a consultant for non-profit organizations, the saved income would be used up while in between jobs. So the long term retirement & savings will benefit myself. Just my thoughts on the income & higher level positions.

And moving to next town is much easier if live minimalist life.
Sigma's home is where he lives, home is not one specific house or apartment. Sooner or later streets are too familiar and neighbours too nosey.
2 years is long time in same address.

I gave back $1000 then $500 back to my company a week because I didn't want the obligation and lack of personal freedom I had. It Wasn't worth it to me.

I don't know how the term sigma male come from. I prefer the term 'shadow" which in greek is "Σκιά". If the sigma (Σ) is coming from this form, then I agree completely with the term Σίγμα Male.
