CATCH FISH AT EASTBOURNE: Autumn/winter species, location details, rigs; Redoubt Fortress

One of a series on shore fishing at Eastbourne, East Sussex (UK).
This video is aimed at visiting anglers, who want to know more about the location / marks; the fish that can be caught during daytime in autumn and winter and how to go about catching them in general.
Autumn sees in the 'winter' species, but 'summer' species can still be caught, making this an interesting season. Winter fishing in daytime is mainly about targeting dabs and catching whiting! Here I focus on the marks I fish during autumn and winter and refer to my other videos in this series for the detail covering rigs and methods employed.
The latter part of this video, covers an autumn session (filmed on 20.10.19) fishing The Redoubt Fortress / Splash Point mark, with the approach taken to catch a typical mixed bag for this season.

@@rodsangleuk6283 when I have enquired about it in the past even before covid I was told it no fishing, I used to fish it years ago with day ticket from the angling club
