Loooovved this recipe, just for anyone out there trying to make this. I'd recommend using bright green good matcha powder. I used this nasty dark green one and it came out darker and more bitter.
@@JajaBakes so....i forgot to let the cake cool before adding the milk bath so it came out soggy. BUT i will try again to get it right. Flavor was good, not too sweet like you said! My husband has a sweet tooth and he said it would be really good with vanilla ice cream :)

It is called a cake knife, used for trimming and cutting cakes. This type of knife is easy to find in my country, but I am not sure if it is a common thing in other countries.
