Hello everyone and welcome to Jaja Bakes. My friends call me Jaja. I created this website where I write, cook, and take pictures at my home in Jakarta, Indonesia. Food is one of my biggest joy in life and the reason I started cooking. I am always curious to try new things and dream to discover the various food around the world in my little kitchen.
Growing up, I started to learn the importance of making a wide variety of food for my health. I try to cook things that are practical, interesting, and most importantly delicious. One of the reasons I started food blogging is to share my love of cooking and baking. Most of my friends don’t cook and tend to eat outside because they don’t know where to learn cooking. Therefore, I want to motivate everyone to start cooking, knowing your food ingredients, and enjoying the process of cooking through Jaja Bakes. - 3 tbsp (18 gr) cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) whole milk, hot
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
Chocolate Whipped Cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp (8 gr) confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbsp (6 gr) cocoa powder, more for dusting

Will regular granulated sugar work?
@@makristinaangeles2501 When making cheesecake, castor sugar is generally preferred over regular granulated sugar because it dissolves much faster, resulting cheesecake with a smoother texture. If you don't have castor sugar, regular granulated sugar also works.
I like my Cheese Cake Solid, not creamy.

Hai! Terimakasih untuk resep2nya! Anak2 ku sangat suka resep kue coklat ini. Oiya kalau ingin kue coklat ini tetap crunchy bagaimana caranya ya? Krn setelah disimpan di toples pas dimakan lagi teksturnya menjadi lembek ketika digigit bukan yg kriuk gitu 😅
Toples nya pastikan kedap udara. Bisa masukkan 1 silica gel food grade ke dalam toples biar nyerep kelembapan. Kalau ud lembek bisa di panggang lagi suhu 150c selama 5-10 menit, disesuaikan keadaan masing2.

Ga bisa diganti mentega dengan minyak untuk resep ini karena mentega nya dikocok biar cupcake ngembang. Mentega nya bisa diganti dengan margarin.

@@Someone-vn9ce hello, I think you can store these cookies for up to a week in an airtight container. Add a food grade silica gel if you have one to keep them crispy.
