How do you deal with the bottom screen when using the headset though?

You can use hand tracking and pinch the buttons. It's a little off though, I have to over shot about an inch to the right.

I installed Citra on my computer, then I content to my PC using virtual desktop on my quest 3. Set Citra to 3D mode (side by side) then set Virtual Desktop to side by side as well.
