As a Human Melee, i want compensation. How does "oH bUt YoU gEt MoRe RePuTaTion" justify this change? There's a significant difference between in and out of combat traits.. With this in place, i would trade all my racials for Blood Fury or Berserking in a Heartbeat, also lets not talk about how stupid it is to change fundamental things like that 3 Phases into the Season.
Shaman tanks nerfed into the ground next phase :( I guess someone got upset paladins weren’t the best class for a month. Guess the 1 month of being OP was their apology for making literally the worst class in the history of world of Warcraft for our maelstrom rune. Oh well, back to the bottom of the pile. At least ele and enhance dps will still be really good.

i think the druid 50% attack speed consume is a horrible idea. "losing MCP (or ACP as it is now) feels so bad we need to give them a consume to mimic it". why? why not just tune druids properly so they don't need a special consume to have to constantly worry about to compete?
I swear wow players will cry about anything no matter what happens. Wah the phase is too long, the phase is too short, we didn’t get enough time to prep, we want more exp boosts. Just take what you’re given and play the damn game. If you didn’t actually like it you wouldn’t be playing, it’s like impossible for players to admit that. This is a once in a lifetime organic process between the playerbase and the developers. We need to trust their discretion and just strap in and go along for the ride because full disclosure we’re all here to discover. Players will complain no matter what happens, given that fact, if blizzard actually listens to the complaints then the whole thing will become incredibly watered down. For the love of god can Holy Paladins get a aoe heal .... or a rune that heals period ... Priests got like 4 runes between P1 and P2 that are heals. aka POM, Penance, Circle of healing, etc..
Glad you mentioned pre-clearing at the very end of video. Curious to hear your thoughts. I don’t think it’s such a big issue if it’s mentioned that the speedrun involved some pre clearing, for me I think the issue comes when you are actively avoiding addressing it, which feels like purposeful omission, which doesn’t feel honest and makes it come off like you’re trying to act like you guys didn’t pre clear and should be in the same rankings as raids that actually didn’t pre clear.
I do feel like consumes next phase will be a little overwhelming or very expensive which could be draining to casual players. Phase 1 and 2 weren’t that bad in terms of pricing or grinding on alts for mats.
So I hope Blizz sees this because I think it might be the best fix to what they're trying to accomplish without disenfranchising Alliance So this is what I think they should do instead. Justn lower it from +5 of your choosing to +3 and allow it to stack with you're already existing racial. For example, human could select sword and now have +8 weapon skill but other races would only be able to have +3 without sacrificing a great slot
Rogues were telling Blizzard they needed a buff for raiding all of p2 and got nothing so my expectations are at a all time low. At least I won't be surprised this time when my class is completely ignored.

Numbers and balaning is something that can be adjusted. I get that and I'm nto too worried there (also I dont pvp so I priabbly car less than others). But what really bothers me is things like Healing Paladin will now have 2 dead rune slots. 2 slots with NO HEALING option. That is not something that is easily re-balanced with follow up patches. I would rather have had a complete balance pass on all the old runes that are currently pointless than gaining more runes and rune slots.
Class Balance Translation: Don't play classes that do not scale well. We will nerf anything OP in the first 2 weeks but after that we have bigger fish to fry. RIP Hunters.
Short notice on the new phase is something I actually like. Less time for people to theory craft and share datamined stuff. One of the best aspects of playing vanilla was not having access to preparation and meta style planning.

Gnomer is poop but I think with a bit more refining the BM event will be lots of fun. I mean it's kind of there if you take out the lag. Total chaotic mayhem fun, just what was intended.
I am afraid for ranged hunters for P3. We are getting some love, but then so is everyone. Everyone will be doing more damage, which will still most likely keep us at the bottom, maybe even below frost mages.
What made Alliance OP? From my knowledge Horde DOMINATE PvP with their racials, Alliance had blessing of salvation for easier threat control in PvE, while horde always just had more damage. Now they're gonna make it to where every class has a threat dump so having salv is useless, Horde get all the benefits that Alliance ever had and just will dominate both pvp and pve.

The Orc has a Pet damage racial, a physical attack bonus racial and a 25 % stun resist racial. Undead have Will of the Forsaken which is incredible in BWL and PVP. Trolls have an increased haste racial and taurens have warstomp. All of these racials are essentially mini trinkets that have incredible play potential in either niche situations or just flat out amazing the entire time. And on top of that, they have the Shaman, which is a HYBRID class, that should NOT be as strong as they are given the fact that only one side can play them. Hybrids should NEVER be TOP in ANYTHING as they should be jack of all trades and masters of none. SOD ERASES THAT. Now what do Alliance get? hmm lets see. Humans get + rep +wep skill to swords and maces and their mini Trinket Perception is worthless in classic vanilla. Gnomes get Escape Artist (practically the only good mini trinket on the Alliance side and it just removes slows and roots and only after completing the cast). NE get shadowmeld also fucking useless, and dwarfs get +maces and stone form which is a niche mini trinket. Now comparatively which racials are best? Anyone with eyes can tell you that Horde racials are BY FAR better. Now you take the only GOOD racial that Alliance have and give it to everyone. Where does this leave the Alliance? They'll have lower kill times because they don't have shamans,they'll be even worse in PvP and there would be no reason to play them. Now everyone that follows meta would definitely reroll leaving less Alliance in the world to play. Honestly the best solution is to just disable all racials that way people can play what they want to look like and then give everyone +wep skill and people wouldn't care.
Druids get Catnip item since they won't have Automatic Crowd Pummeler next phase... Paladins who require the weapon to do their DPS build get.... nothing... cause blizz hates paladins.

because at this level bracket, +3 weap skill is pretty much 1% hit equivalent. but it ALSO negates glancing blows, whereas straight hit does not.

@@SirMouse003 I get what you want me to say and I'll bite, but only after explaining to you why it isn't healthy for the game.
The Orc has a Pet damage racial, a physical attack bonus racial and a 25 % stun resist racial. Undead have Will of the Forsaken which is incredible in BWL and PVP. Trolls have an increased haste racial and taurens have warstomp. All of these racials are essentially mini trinkets that have incredible play potential in either niche situations or just flat out amazing the entire time. And on top of that, they have the Shaman, which is a HYBRID class, that should NOT be as strong as they are given the fact that only one side can play them. Hybrids should NEVER be TOP in ANYTHING as they should be jack of all trades and masters of none. SOD ERASES THAT. Now what do Alliance get? hmm lets see. Humans get + rep +wep skill to swords and maces and their mini Trinket Perception is worthless in classic vanilla.
Gnomes get Escape Artist (practically the only good mini trinket on the Alliance side and it just removes slows and roots and only after completing the cast). NE get shadowmeld also fucking useless, and dwarfs get +maces and stone form which is a niche mini trinket. Now comparatively which racials are best? Anyone with eyes can tell you that Horde racials are BY FAR better. Now you take the only GOOD racial that Alliance have and give it to everyone.
Where does this leave the Alliance? They'll have lower kill times because they don't have shamans,they'll be even worse in PvP and there would be no reason to play them. Now everyone that follows meta would definitely reroll leaving less Alliance in the world to play. Honestly the best solution is to just disable all racials that way people can play what they want to look like and then give everyone +wep skill and people wouldn't care.
