- In this video tutorial, I demonstrate how to make you own “visual” click track in Logic Pro X. We discuss the signal flow required through the mixer to get the Klopfgeist recorded on its own track, and I teach you how to set your track up so that it’s tempo adjusts to conform to your project tempo setting.
Head over to www.virtualtrombonist.com, then select "Lessons", and scroll down to "click here for free teaching material downloads". I have a pre-made Logic Pro X template with the recorded visual click track ready to go! It's completely free, just don't forget to subscribe to my email list so you don't miss any more cool content! - Навчання та стиль
Very good and detailed tutorial. It's these simple things you need to know how to do. I searched high and low and your video is the only one that answered my question. Thank you very much.
Hey thanks for this! I had to record a click track at a moments notice out of location and this tutorial saved my a**!!
Hey , That's so great, i spend mostly an hour, to find how to do it, going on goggle to find anything but your very clear video,
So you're really the one !! Many thx !! i got it now, wow !
Great Video! Thank you.
Thanks a lot for this
Thank you. I could not get it to record and I then realized I had already created the new audio track before doing the stuff on the mixer. So then I deleted the audio track and did it step by step according to your directions and was able to do it. Great !
This was very helpful. Thanks!
Just what I was looking for - thanks for taking the time to do this!
simply the best!
Thank you for this tutorial. I still consider myself a logic newbie. I wanted to add a click count in for recorded examples for a guitar lesson I am releasing. This is exactly what I needed as a lead in for each example. Appreciate the insight!
Great video. Thanks. I believe the double track is because your aux is a stereo send, and if you want to change it to single you have to change the output to mono. You have it clicked "1 & 2" at 3:45. I'm not an expert but I came across this recently.
Great video, thank you for this Chris!!
Fantastic video! thank so much
Thank U for being so thorough!!
Thank you. :)
Thank you so much my friend. I have never done this before but had a client in my studio that needed this and this came very handy. Thanks again!
Melody Man happy to help
Very helpful. Thank you!
NICE. Quite succinct compared to other tutorials I've seen.
You killed it, thank you!!!
Just got Logic Pro X and ran across this video. Bravo, very helpful! Next step is to figure out how to slow down or speed up the click track to aid in multitrack recordings!
Yeah man! Glad it helped! You can def do that... Check out the channel Music Tech Help Guy - lots of great logic pro tutorials there!
Thank you so much! I needed this video so much!
Thanks trombone man, well done!
Top vid just what I needed!!!
Thank You!
Brill!!!! Thank you
Cheers
Thank you thank you thank you!
👌 👍
That's to add different tones to each note...
I believe it's doubled because the size of the viewing of that particular track
Your track is "doubled" because it is stereo - you see left and right channels ;-)
Chris, you're correct, it IS a stereo track. When I speak of the metronome being "doubled", it's when the recorded click (stereo track) is playing, AND the built in click in Logic Pro (klopfgeist) is also playing. You can see the level on the master fader increase when it's engaged.
Very helpful! Thank you!!!
