Thanks for the recommendations. Will most certainly want to try the grilled fish, barbeque in sticks, sweet potato noodles, xiao mian and of course Chongqing hotpot when I visit Chongqing. Hope you can do more of Chongqing food to eat eg. there are some snacks or desserts (rice balls, a jelly like dessert, etc) I saw in the video which were not featured in the top 10 food to eat.

One of my favoured dish is 'Mapo Tofu', I make it a lot and I love it very spicy.
I like that too! Although my favorite might be Gongbao Jiding! - Mikkel
At Szechuan Restaurant I always get the Mapo Tofu and Spicy pork Dumpling.
I'm not sure which I'm most excited to try! Hopefully, we get a chance to try them all on our trip!
Hot Pot will be among the first to try but all 10 foods will be sampled on my trip to China. 🙂
