What I really appreciate about your videos is that they blow apart my preconceptions about Chinese cities and people and create great positivity and drive to visit.
MSG is found in mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cheese, soy sauce, seaweeds, everything that has a savory flavor. Our own bodies naturally produce it.
It can become problematic and excitotoxic to neurons when the gut barrier and brain barrier are compromised in certain disease states. Some people can't tolerate it.
I am so glad you took a short break because you have come back with amazing fresh energy. The tense stressed energy you had late last summer seems to have evaporated and Im sure being back in china where you really are at your best helps. Love it, looking forward to your 2020 videos!

I had a stopover in Chongqing in November of 2019, great and very friendly people. Met a native of this beautiful city on my way from Guangzhou and was willing to take me into the city since layover was 14hrs, it was a very rainy day and I missed this opportunity, ended up staying in the hotel in the airport. Can’t wait to go back. I have my new Chongqing friend and ready to take me to eat in Chongqing. Thanks for sharing Trevor will note these places.
I’m a noodle fan, actually it’s becoming part of my life. I’m so crazy about different kinds of noodles. “Dry noodles”, “noodles with soup”, sliced noodles, sesame paste noodles, noodles with soybean paste, noodles with gravy, ramen noodles, fired noodles, cold noodles and so on. Stop it! My mouth is watering!
