To be fair, her job is being a fashion model. In modeling there is a standard called “sample sizing” which is a US size 0-2. Models aren’t supposed to be “toned” (high muscle mass + low body fat) but healthy low-end of normal BMI (most modeling agencies look for 18.5-19) slender (moderate-low muscle + low body fat to show the small amount of muscles she has). Models are supposed to resemble “coat hangers” because they aren’t showing their bodies but outfit itself. Lots of muscle “bulks up” the outfit making it harder to fit into sample sizes and it hella distracts from the outfit which is what designers showing their clothes don’t want. Being “toned” in the fitness industry (Ik toning is not a real thing it just means lots of muscle/low body fat!) = bulky/jacked for the modeling/fashion industry. Models are simply just fitting the standard to keep their Jobs.
Fun fact: top model, when Megan Roche was 16 and getting into modeling, she was asked to quit highschool sports to loose muscle and slim down to get in the modeling industry. When she was 19, she scored a beauty contract (which is a really high position for a model)

I really want to know the weight she’s holding for the lateral raise hold with dumbbell?? I’ve been doing this workout twice a week for three months (it REALLY works!), but I’ve been using 5 pound weights, they look larger than that but I can’t tell 🤷🏻♀️
