    You are such a badass, Romee. It's so nice to see a model of your calibre using your knowledge and insight to truly help others - you share your knowledge and you show that looking the way you do is not by any means effortless. I love that. We need more honesty about body image!

      @@emmaj1869 Emma whats wrong with u. Whatch romee's another video. She is so underweight she cant even have PMS. She didnt have PMS for like 7 years. This is horrible. Btw im not a native English speaker. So if i make grammar mistakes im sory. Whatever she is make sport too much and its unhealty like everythink in the world
      Even if you drink tooo much water its harmfull to you.

      @@ekincetinkaya9103 fyi Romee didnt have her periods because the amount of stress her body was under with flying around the world constantly and over exercising thats it.. Have you been watching her videos???? I dont think you have Because if you did you will see that she eats very well and clean she does not starve herself to be under weight in fact she eats a decent amount of calories, alot of protein and greens.!!! She looks very healthy and lean. Her skin and hair would not look so good if she were under weight thats just common sense!!

    I love this type of workout, it's tiring but much worth it! 👍 I bought the resistance bands, yoga mat, and dumbbells four years ago... best investment ever! I'm gonna try Romee's exercises next 😅 wish me luck? *Live Healthy*

      To be fair, her job is being a fashion model. In modeling there is a standard called “sample sizing” which is a US size 0-2. Models aren’t supposed to be “toned” (high muscle mass + low body fat) but healthy low-end of normal BMI (most modeling agencies look for 18.5-19) slender (moderate-low muscle + low body fat to show the small amount of muscles she has). Models are supposed to resemble “coat hangers” because they aren’t showing their bodies but outfit itself. Lots of muscle “bulks up” the outfit making it harder to fit into sample sizes and it hella distracts from the outfit which is what designers showing their clothes don’t want. Being “toned” in the fitness industry (Ik toning is not a real thing it just means lots of muscle/low body fat!) = bulky/jacked for the modeling/fashion industry. Models are simply just fitting the standard to keep their Jobs.

      Fun fact: top model, when Megan Roche was 16 and getting into modeling, she was asked to quit highschool sports to loose muscle and slim down to get in the modeling industry. When she was 19, she scored a beauty contract (which is a really high position for a model)

    I really want to know the weight she’s holding for the lateral raise hold with dumbbell?? I’ve been doing this workout twice a week for three months (it REALLY works!), but I’ve been using 5 pound weights, they look larger than that but I can’t tell 🤷🏻‍♀️
