I’m so tired of everyone demonizing them based off of the ignorant assumption that they don’t eat. Vlogging shows that yes, they in fact do eat they just eat clean and work out harder than a lot of people do and that’s actually promoting a healthy lifestyle so people need to see that it’s possible!

Jocelyn Fortgens dutch and Afrikaans are very very similar . If you understand Afrikaans it won’t take you long to learn dutch 😊
