This is very well done. There is another video that would pretty much destroy the machine. They show using a plastic tool to remove the silver hinge cover instead of the correct way which you have shown. Thank you for taking the time to make this video.
Glad you liked the video.
This tutorial was absolutely perfect! No unnecessary talking or banter. Straight to the point and saved me money! Thank you so much! I did my repair with no experience in about an hour.
Exactly why I make these videos. Most people talk nonsense instead of telling what they're doing and how to do it. It's annoying. That or they speed stuff up and cut out the bits where it's tough and they likely struggled. Those are the most important parts!
Thank you so much !!!! You gave such a detailed and accurate explanation for everything. We changed it ourselves !
Glad it helped! Don't forget to like and subscribe if you haven't already, it'll really help me out. A small contribution would also help me to continue to make videos like these as well. :P
Dude , great video and you made it really easy. You saved me $200. Thank you!
Awesome! If you haven't already, please like and subscribe, it'll really help me out. Also, consider sending me some of those savings, so I can continue doing this for a living. Even $1 would be greatly appreciated. :P
Congratulations. You're the only person I've see so far that shows the correct method. Most people just snap the hinge cover off then force it back on which will break the plastic tabs that hold it in place.
Good enough to subscribe? :)
This video helped me to replace the screen myself. ..Thanks a lot

Hey, you forgot to say it is important to be sure the wireless is working properly once the laptop is on. Great video, I have subscribed to your channel.
If they reconnected it properly, it should be working. Haha Too many things to list that they should check after reassembly, screen, usb ports, battery, fan, hard drive, etc. If something isn't working after reassembling, they either damaged it or didn't reconnect it, so if they have issues, I'll answer their questions directly. :)
Thanks for subscribing!
@@ItsBinhRepaired yes, agree, but disconecting the wireless device was one of the hard steps shown in this video, that's why I consider is important to remark it. However, you are really good at teaching.
@@marcosantuario7777 that's true. I emphasize how to remove and replace the antennas more in my more current videos. This is one of my older ones. I might not have mentioned it in this one. Hopefully that's more of what you're expecting.
Tnx mr

Hi, thanks for this video,
I am keep facing a problem over and over again which is the Bluetooth suddenly get disappeared.
Though, I did try every solution a got from the the internet didn't work, just one thing left that I should to replace the Bluetooth hardware.
My laptop is same as yours.
Do you have any idea how to replace it?
Do I need to replace the wireless adapter?
Yeah, it's the wireless adapter. You can also get a usb bluetooth adapter.
Hello, thanks for video. May I ask if you replace it with HD or FHD panel ? As per lenovo official model page compatibility they put FHD panel model as compatible with this laptop model, what to you think ?
No idea
hii how i can know my laptob screen size is it in the back side or what?
The measurement is diagonal, but if you're trying to replace the screen, you want the model number from the back of the screen.
interesting question... Can you upgrade with the 40 pin LCD touchscreen if you bought the 40 pin connector?
I don't think so. The motherboard connector is most likely different.
Hi, I have got Lenovo Ideapad 520 which fell on the floor and the center cover between keyboard and display (that plastic cover on the hinges you removed at 10:05 ) and part of the back cover of the monitor broke too. Will it be compatible with the 320? I just need to replace the plastic hinge cover (the monitor is OK and laptop is fully functional)
I'm not sure. You'll have to ask the seller.
Did you upgrade LCD from 60 Hz to 120 Hz? How is it going? Does it work great? How about power consumption? Can you adjust brightness?
I don't own these computers. Usually I just replace with same components.
Hi, is this screen shell compatible with the Lenovo Ideapad 520-15IKB? Thanks.
I don't know
My laptop doesn't see connected screen. Neither it is an old broken one, or new. But monitor connected to hdmi port works. I didn't remove battery before replacing it.
What could it be and what can i try?
You likely fried the backlight circuit or the lcd connector or the lvds cable, or the screen, or all of them.
Do I need to take it all apart just to change the screen connector cable? Like the battery and everything?
Battery and hold the power button for 15 seconds is a must for anything screen related. Other than that, just use common sense and think about whether it needs to be removed for you to be able to remove the cable. I don't own these computers and if I have to rewatch the video for specific advice, that'll require payment. Haha
Hey thanks for this video and I want to know that how much cost it will for me but I want to change full display not only screen for this laptop but my laptop is ideapad 520
Are you shipping it to me to repair it? Otherwise, I can't tell you the cost, you'll have to find the part and see how much that costs.
is this have M.2 slot or not, if yes then what it can support NVMe or SATA or PCIe3x2
If I didn't mention it in the video, probably not. I don't know. Hopefully someone else in the community will be able to answer it for you.
I'm missing a few screws on the back of my laptop, can you tell me the size of the screws so I can buy replacements?
I'm not sure. I don't own these devices and haven't documented it.
Lenovo 320-15 motherboards works on 320-14? I see the same holes and size in both. Only the keyboard is different.
Not sure. You'll have to ask the people selling the boards.
Hi. Once I removed the battery can I power it using its charger and turn it on?
Yes, that should be fine.
Sir.. My screen has got pink color. When I tried to open.., video connector getting sparks when I tried to clean it.., I am thinking the issue is with video connector and not with the screen. Can u help to clarify my doubt regarding pink screen of my ideapad320ilkb..??
Thanks in advance..
does it have the pink issue with an external monitor? Not sure you can repair that. It's likely he motherboard was damaged.
Hey great video👌lenovo ideapad 320 151kb has which screen type LCD, LED or Paper LED ?
Not sure, have to check the lcd itself
It's usually lcd or led, what's paper led?
Can i change TFT display to ips display, will the display work? I have same laptop.
Not too sure. The best way would be to search for parts for the laptop on eBay/Amazon and check if the connector is the same. I usually try to avoid changes like that because I don't want to experiment on customers' computers unless they don't mind it being permanently damaged.
Hello, mine is 320 14IKB same as yours but with 14" screen. Can I buy any laptop screen from online stores as long as it says in the specs that it's 14" and 30 pins connector? Thank you in advance for your response!
You'll want to check the screen model number. There are a lot of different things with the screens like lcd led, thickness, placement of the connector, resolution, matte glossy, etc.
@@ItsBinhRepaired I see. It seems I need to pry it open (like you did) so i can be sure what to buy. Actually i have already seen a recommended screen for my model but it costs around 100 USD. I asked the question for the purpose of saving money as some models with 14" screen and 30 pins can be bought at around 60 USD (imagine 40 USD difference haha!) Anyways thanks for the tip! Much appreciated 😁
@@johanansumague469 yup, no problem. Hope you find what you need. Might be $80 with the screen model number.
Does a VACUUM create static electric? is that not BAD? or do you have a no static vacuum?
I have an esd air blower, but I haven't had any issues with static with the other stuff. Just need to keep yourself grounded.
I having problems to upgrade the memory ram. I try it with a 2gb and with a 4gb ddr4 2400mhz but it just dont recognize anything. Actually it worked one time but as soon i restart the computer it doesnt work anymore. Should i assume its a slot problem? Or i need a 2133mhz exaclty like the on board memory? In lenovo web site they indicate the 2400mhz as i understand is adaptable to 2133mhz..
You usually want to stick with the same speeds. Don't mismatch them and get the same size memory on both if you can. Also, try putting it back the way it was to make sure you're doing it right.
Wer did u buy lcd replacement?
Usually eBay or Amazon
can you replace the cpu in the laptop?
Nope, it's soldered to the logicboard/motherboard. You'd have to find a logicboard with the better CPU already installed and swap the board.
How many pins are those lcd connectors?
Not sure. I just get the same part numbers
I've smoothed out one of the screws that connects the screen to the rest of the laptop so i cant take off the screen HELP
You'll need to get a screw extractor and a drill that runs in reverse.
whats display pin no. and where to buy in amazon link?
Pin? Part number is on the back of the lcd.
Thanks for the help, though in my case I still need better tools. For some reason my screwdriver can take one of the battery screws out, but not the rest of them. Ugh... I hate screws. They're the bane of my existence.
You just need the right size bits. This will help amzn.to/2TqD4fE
If you want higher quality ones, but don't mind spending a bit more, these will do amzn.to/2Tpxx92
Dear brother could I just open the screen cover without removing or disconnect any cable?
if you watched the video, you should have your answer. You can't remove the bottom part without taking it apart. It's very important that you watch through the whole video and follow along or you can cause more damage.

@@ItsBinhRepaired I want hear your advice about this way
Can you give me link to the screen were i can buy it?
do you know what the resolution of your screen is?
Hi, I'm from Italy...thanks for your powerful video. I've a question...I've to change my lcd, but I think this won't be a problem. The real problem is that, when I've disassembled my pc, I've burned the lcd connector (probably caused by the hdmi port that was linked to a monitor Tv used as display temporarily...I've made it before watch your tutorial :-()...can I find this connector separately? A last question: also the upper case is broken due probably to continuous opening and closing pc...I've searched for it, but I don't find it nowhere. Can you adress me? Thank you so much
Sounds like it would be better to replace the laptop at thIs point.
@@ItsBinhRepaired :-) :-) :-) Effectively, I proceeded as you said. Thanks
I re pasted my 320 but now problem it's not booting. Displays lits up but no lenovo splash screen. Fan runs hdd runs. But not booting. What to do?
Try reseating the RAM
@@ItsBinhRepaired tried that.
Hey bro. I dunno if u gon still reply to this but will this work for Lenovo IDEAPAD 32014ISK? Like the 14 inch version?
Not sure, you'll have to give it a shot
What is your Connector size? 30 pin or 40 pin
I have no idea. I have no reason to count pins. You can count yours if you'd like.
Where did you order the new display panel from?
Usually ebay or Amazon.
@@ItsBinhRepaired Do I need to search by the display panel name or the laptop PC name?
@@anotheryoutubeuser lcd model number.
Where did you buy the new screen?? Where are the specifications for buying it?? How much $$ ??
You remove the original screen and the model number will be on the back of the screen. Search that on eBay or Amazon to find the replacement.
@@ItsBinhRepaired thank's bro.
is this the same as the 14 inch version?
Similar. You'll have to open it up and check.
Bro, how to get the replacement screen for this model? And how much will it cost?
Usually search the model of the laptop and lcd on eBay
what type of screen is the lenovo ideapad 320 15-ikb? my screen is flickering, i took it on a computer repair shop and said that it is damaged by water i think.
You'll have to remove yours and check the sticker on the back of the screen. If you can't do that, you don't want to attempt to replace it.
@@ItsBinhRepaired thank you, also is it possible that a hinge can distrupt the screen?
@@nathanthegreat4808 yes, it can damage the cable or crack the screen
Bro if your still here will this method work with IdeaPad 3 (17") AMD
Try it
Looks like it did thanks brooo
@@gwill8868 great!
Sir , after using for 10-15 minutes my laptop screen suddenly flickers and goes restarts automatically , tell me what can I do ?
Difficult to say without seeing it.
what was the issue having the same problem?
is there a possibly way to open the fan???. Because my fan is so noisy even if in better battery mode, should I change it or is there other way fix my fan?
Should be fixable. You'll have to cut the the black melted plastic bits off that hold the silver part in place. Then you should be able to pull the fan blades off the motor. Just add a drop of motor oil in the motor socket and it should be good, unless the bearing is damaged.

hello! is it usefull the wireless anti static band? ty
Wireless static bands are a scam and don't do anything.

Now where will you stay? Lol
Sounds like it might be a motherboard issue. You can try removing the battery and holding the power button for 30 seconds then reconnect and try again. You can also try pressing the one key recovery button with a needle. Sometimes the power button breaks internally.
