By the way, my 105-year-mom, whose memory is better than mine, lives by the credo, Live, laugh, and love.. and always tells me to only watch comedies at night and pray always.. stay positive, and not be overwhelmed with the news or politics, but again, stay positive and pray.

Sleep is for healing and repair. Digesting food while sleeping just takes blood and energy away from the rest of your body.

It SUCH a game changer to avoid watch triggering TV! I even notice how much better I feel when I either listen to a hypnosis before bed or even watching a tv show that inspires me!
I have a grounding mat,use hours before bed time,
i've often wondered about the chocolat I have after dinner and if the caffeine in chocolate could be a problem for sleep. I either make a chocolate mug cake or I have a couple of 88% cocoa content squares . Would love your opinion.

Bob Ross can be like very relaxing music. Quite a few people listen to him just for the voice and the calm. After a stressful day, they listen, relax, and fall asleep to his voice. They say things like, "it's better than AMBIEN."
Everybody is playing some kind of music with their voices, gestures, movements, sound qualities, and contents. All these are reflections of or from their inner states, often unknowingly.
About tip #3, I used to have cacao as my daily routine and then i started to realize that i couldn’t get deep sleep and can’t fall asleep as soon as I used to. I cut it off and now my sleep has improved tremendously
Yes, I've also noticed that when I eat later at night, I wake up famished!
Outright reading a nice book before bed will have your eyes drooping in minutes!🛌

I do exactly what you are doing they are great routines very helpful my problem is waking up in the middle of the night no matter what I do or what supplements I take I still get up in the middle of the night a few times. It's helpful to do sleep hypnosis and some breathwork in the middle of the night
So basically you seemed to have slowed down aging.
First video I just saw was about food combining and that was a 5 y old video.
Then I was curious to see if you would look a lot older. ( most people on YT look super old in that time window of 5y).
To my surprise : You look basically the same! ❤

Maybe your blood pressure is low so you can not sleep ,I don’t say high because with your diet your blood pressure never goes up ,just check your blood pressure
Eat meat, liver, butter,
Stop coffee, cold showers, heavy workout,
Take lots of sun.
Cut all the processed foods and sugar.
Avoid toxic people. You will sleep like a babe. Avoid stress.
