Marko, many thanks for featuring Voutilainen's work on you channel, it's all too rare! It's also really nice to see Voutilainen doing collaborations with other manufacturers and sharing his knowledge and expertise, many of these collabs are pretty good value too. Check out Voutilainen x Leijona collection for example, I don't think there is any other watch for under 3000€ with dials from Comblémine.
@@SwissWatchGang Looking forward to it! I’ve got another tip for you: Voutilainen recently acquired Urban Jürgensen and his daughter Venla is now responsible for running the brand. They have some new models coming up for the anniversary next year, maybe ask her for an interview!
Wow! Really enjoyed this video along with the one with Max Busser. Not too long ago I acquired an aventurine dial watch and I love it. I knew it is made out of glass but I had no idea of its origin. I have been to Murano Island and it is soo cool that it was discovered through an accident! Being that it has Venezian roots makes it all the more special to me! Thnx Marko. Love it 💖💖💖
Marko pls when you take the watch dont move ot around that mutch. It looks like your's hands are shaking and the camera can't get a nice focus. Love the watches from this brand. Absolute hit!
FIJI model 38mm really beautiful I never known heard about this brand before but the movement and dial really beautiful I think for people want more subtle feminine(unisex) watch that come with Mechanical very hard to find one :)
A couple of observations / suggestions after watching your Dubai Watch Week videos Marco - 1. Please let the person you are interviewing do MOST of the talking. So many times, you ask them question and then answer it yourself. Or you jump in and finish their sentences. In the case of the Schwarz Etienne video, the gentleman is telling you about the story of "aventurine" and you interrupt and incorrectly guess that it means "adventure" in Italian. Let them talk and tell the story. 2. When the video ends, don't talk about your other videos or use that time to advertise yourself. Talk about THIS video and casually mention that other videos are also available to view. 3. I have lost track of how many times you've said that you happened to see multiple watches of the brand you are interviewing at the show. I fail to see the purpose it serves. 4. You agree with every single thing the people have to say about Dubai Watch Week. EVERY SINGLE THING. You don't add anything different given that you are not a brand/company but merely an enthusiast with a youtube Channel. 5. Try to capture the audience's attention in the way you speak. Wei Koh and Max Büsser are excellent examples of this. 6. Almost every time a price is mentioned, you conclude by saying "Oh it's rather fair / or a very good price." In what world are you living in? These are rather expensive timepieces, rightfully so, given their history, brand, movement, innovation, and lots of other things.
While I do get some of your points as just another viewer of this channel I would suggest to not be that harsh. Don't forget that Marko isn't a professional speaker with years of experience and that he was rushing from booth to booth since the whole fair started. Second he needs to be very concentrated all the time because he really knows a lot about the people and their watches which also is some kind of constant stress to adapt to all those differences in such a short amount of time where these videos have been produced. That leads to a less controlled way of leading a conversation which is also difficult with so many different characters and their behaviour in front of the camera. I don't wanna defend Marko here in any way but that's just my point of view as another random viewer of this channel. Regarding the prices: Of course we're talking about a different league here most of the time. But there were actually some really great brands which deliver a lot for the money in the grand scheme of watches. That said, there are of course other brands where this doesn't really apply. Nevertheless I have to agree that it's a little strange that many brand speakers are praising the Seddiqi family and their fair so obviously in front of the camera. Yes it may have been a great show this year and I bet it really was but that was kinda weird tbh.
Check out the other videos from Dubai Watch Week 2021 and I hope you enjoy them!
Kari is not just an engineer, but an artist.
That first watch is beautiful 😍
Marko, thanks for this very nice interview.
My pleasure, I had fun!
Kari is a force of imagination greatness.
Thank you Marko for showing us.

Never heard of this brand before. Thanks for introducing me to it....even though I can't afford any of their watches.
My pleasure!
