Not sure if your "brand" is Swiss timepieces exclusively; I love the watches you bring here...but, with it's history, I am very interested in the Leica watch. They have a Gen2 now....and, certainly not as exotic as most of the brands you cover, but, I am curious if the watch is legit.
Marko, I sometimes forget how unique your channel is. No one else out there champions the unknown incredible independents out there like you do. I absolutely adore that iceberg movement. The orca is also wonderful. And as you say I wouldn’t have the rough finish any other way. Many thanks and well done as always
Thank you for your nice feedback, I appreciate it! To be honest, it's also what interest me the most and I have the most fun doing it so I wouldn't have it any other way!
Fantastic episode as usual. All three watch makers are absolutely fantastic. My favorite is the deprez, but very expensive. I understand it is a tourbillon but still very expensive. I would like to suggest to him to release another version from the exact watch with exposed balance wheel but without tourbillon at an affordable price. That would be great. The garrek is also amazing really considering it seriously
Nice review and some collections you've got Sir, Any clue which watch I could go with for a fully/nearly full handmade also independent watches with their in-house developed movements. With a limited budget to EUR 15000 or slightly above. I could call brands like Hentschel H1 1877 (I think the movement still carries a lot of RV GT82), D. Dornblüth & Sohn Quintus (a bit bulky for my wrist), PÖHLMANN-BRESAN (a bit too expensive for my budget and too simple basic dial) or any other interesting brands that you might come across?
Love the iceberg!Would it cost 19k like the orca I would place an order right now but 34k a bit out of reach for me.Logan's work is amazing.Very singular.
I did, showcased him in a similar video last year. But to have him on the channel I'll go meet him in person in his country because the watches are mostly around there with his collectors.
I have to say your thumbnail is not very good and not up by your standards, I’m just saying it because I love your channel I have been watching it for a long time but that thumbnail sucks❤❤
Hi, thank you for your comment, I made a new one just now and am testing 3 at the same time. I agree with you. Especially when i don't have watches in person it's not easy. I appreciate the feedback and will work on improving it!
Logan Kuan watch doesn't have the design which is like comparing to an novice graphic designer. why put made in china on the dial. think references to china history, mythology, etc is more interesting to right on but not this. also the size of text is too big. more subtle is better.
I disagree, from the watches I presented I actually applied for an Iceberg but was too late. I think it's unique and different from the rest. The Garrick is unbeatable at the price and the Deprez is on another level, swiss perfection basically.
@@SwissWatchGang Not debating about the quality. I said the design is meh...doesn't look good. Does not need to say made in china on the dial that's just a poor idea like having a china flag on the dial. I'm a designer so I'm critical on these aspects.
@@Anthony-cc8bx Matter of taste yes in any case. But the China stuff makes sense, since he's from there and proud to be Chinese. From a design and branding perspective it makes sense. But again, we all have our own taste anyway.
Which watch is your favorite and who should we cover next?
I personally found Garrick even the prettiest of GPHG, which also had a few really good-looking pieces
@@GEMSofGOD_com They're definitely nice!
@@SwissWatchGang Garrick
Garrick would be my choice as it is the only one within reasonable budget :D

The independent watch segment is getting stronger and stronger, definitely amazing watches. Thanks Marko.
One of the best episodes yet 👏🏼
Vow ! The Orca with a small seconds hand would have been amazing
Possibly can be done, not sure.
Garrick is my favourite from this line up
I like them a lot as well, especially at their prices.
I love your channel. Thank you!
Thanks Marko, good Job.
Thank you Darko!

I think a watch maker that's up your street is German Polosin. He makes the Kopf watch a really cool piece made in my hometown of Bristol.
100%, I spoke to him about the KOPF watch many times and he often sells great pocket watches which I collect as well!
Nice video mate🥃
Thanks!
top, great info
Vincent Deprez is my favorite 🤩
Awesome options all 3 of them!

Please cover credor watches
Would love to, love the Eichi lineup!
You should cover the Deprez, it looks awesome
He'll be on the channel as soon as he has 1 watch ready, maybe even end of this year!
You should invite Machiel Hulsman. 😃

@@SwissWatchGang Cool! I can´t wait.
Slapped the 300th on this one!
Garrick all the way ❤

I'm deprezd I can't afford any of these 😂😂
Never say never :)
I don't think you are Swiss.
And I know I'm not. Born in Slovenia, moved to Zürich in 2011 and enjoying it ever since.
Good not to know them 😂
Well, depends what type of watches you're into. If you prefer the mainstream top 10 brands than yea.
