Thanks! Yes, it’s always good to sanitize ANY seeds with Apple Cider vinegar and let them soak for 15 min before rinsing and sprouting. Some even use bleach and hot water, but I like to stick to vinegar. Have been eating my own raw sprouts and never been sick. Also, it’s good to move them to fridge on day 5-7. The sooner you stop sprouting and get them to the cold fridge, the safer they are as well. Best way to avoid food poisoning!
