Very pleasing to see our Cagney loco working like this in the right environment for it. Happy times after the grief factor of getting it through its recent overhaul.
Hi Simon..So nice of you guys to allow Cagney to run on the Thorpe L.R.so nice to see the two steam loco's working together. She is a beauty.....Regards Chris
Over the month we have been visiting railways, not one spot of rain Dave..Even in South Wales, everybody was freezing at home,we had lovely warm weather..Been waiting a long time for this one....Best wishes Chris
We have had sunshine ever since our visit to Jasons, not one day of rain until today,The sun followed us everywhere we went..We are so lucky...This is a lovely little 15 inch railway...Some of the tunnel shots were taken with the help of the staff escorting us....Best wishes Chris
Thanks for the video. Your viewers might be interested to know that this delightful railway is in County Durham (a little bit too far away from me unfortunately) and their website is very well presented. It’s a shame so many pre Second World War Lidos have become derelict but it’s great that the railway has survived. I look forward to seeing more from this railway and wish them well. Rob, In Bournemouth .
A lovely railway, set in a very nice location. It is a shame Rob they don't still use the Lido, although one or two could still go down for a swim..The guys have done a great job bringing it back from the dead.Best wishes for the future....Thank you for commenting...Regards Chris
I had been waiting years to ride this railway, ever since I saw some pictures of it as it was found..You get that feeling that you want to save it...Well these guys have done a fantastic job of that..In the middle of know where, but still the crowds came to support and ride it. Amazing!..Just like the work you guys are doing at Evergreens.
Amazing video hope your both well sorry not been on your channel I have been in out of hospital as I have a groin hernia and waiting on another scan before I hear about op. Keep up great work adam
Hi Adam.Sorry to hear your not well, hope your up and about soon..Yes we have had a very busy month traveling the country...South Wales, then south, back up north to Scotch corner area...We had to knock off a few railways before the winter months stops them again...Best wishes Chris
