📝Ingredients
- Lemon zest | 4 g (0.15 oz)
- Lemon juice | 20 ml (4 teaspoons)
- Egg yolk | 1
- Butter (room temperature) | 100 g (3.5 oz)
- Sugar | 150 g (5.3 oz / 0.8 cup)
- Flour | 190 g (6.7 oz)
- Baking powder | 3 g (0.3 tablespoon)
- A pinch of salt
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Sugar Coating ~ 50 g
- Each piece is approximately 15 g (0.5 oz)
- Bake in preaheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 13 minutes.
1 cup = 200 ml
