Wow looks so good. Had a very exhausting day today. I found a tic on my dog and absolutely freaked out. Ended up cleaning my entire house, car, patio, bathrooms, carrier, dog, and cat top to bottom. Anyway- in the process of cleaning my patio I accidentally dumped tones and tones of water and bleach right onto out below neighbors patio. I live in Brazil and usually make similar cookies using a typical lemon curd filling (without cornstarch) that is put in place and baked together with the cookies. I liked your recipe because the cookie dough does not seem to open cracks while shaping the cookies before baking!
