I do this arm routine after 50mins on the stairmaster 3 times a week in the gym. I'm greatful to have found Mr London's videos, feel like I got my own personal trainer. Already seeing results. 💪
Started the challenge Jan. 9th using 10lb & 12lb weights but finished Mar 3th using 10lb, 12lb, and 15lb weights. My arms feel stronger than before going to continue between this workout and other Mr. London arm challenges.
Thank you both. I'm in PT for frozen shoulder and getting better but needed to do work on non PT days. Just found your channel and started this morning on my arms. Very out of shape and need to lose 100 lbs. I'm confident these videos and proper nutrition will get me there slow and steady is the way. Be blessed you two

LOVE these workouts! Just meeting Essi now :) It's great to see you both (a man and a woman) working out...especially since being a female, I can't be sure I am doing it 100% right for my more feminine hips and not as strong arm muscles (guys have it so much easier for arm strength)! But I DID it! THANK YOU! PS I loved when you guys were doing the head bops to the music :D

Day 1 & I struggled it was hard af, I started with 10lbs weight then decreased to 7.5lbs. Shit was hard no joke. 40min on treadmill then this exercise was going to try the fupa next but the mind was willing but the body said NO!!!! So maybe next week. Thank you for sharing

I just bought a dumbbell yesterday and was delighted to see ur video today. I don't want to build muscles, but get rid of flabby arms. I want to know if it is possible to lose arm fat without gaining muscle. Waiting for your reply....❤
Yes of course. The dumbbell will allow you to dry the skin initially and increase the muscle. And it's little by little that you will see if it already builds strong muscles or not. So you will stop at your desired level. Otherwise this will be much more successful if you increase the weight of the dumbbells gradually, without forgetting a good diet 😊
Me neither lol I was at work and was like okay om going to do this on my lunch break when it said warm up I was like oh Lord. So I just did some of the work outs without weights but I will do this at home and it may still benefit if i do at work without weights cause I felt it baby😅

So i have recently started wih strength training with wts. M in my 40s . Have been doing 30 mins workouts by cheryl columbe but 4 times a week. Found this challenge and i decided to do this for a month. Just been 5 days now. But i have a question is it ok to train wtih wts 30 days in a go ? Doesn't the muscle need rest? Or its ok cos its 15 mins ?
