Good job. Your Hakka is exactly the same as mine although I was from Sabah, Malaysia. I shared it with my daughter so that she can learn some Hakka to teach my granddaughter a few words of Hakka.
Dook mook soi is more like feeling sleepy.

Awesome, thanks for sharing :) Yeah, and I guess tsu mook soi would mean the same too.

You are fantastic! Your Hakka sounds exactly like what my family speak, I’m brushing up because I’m not speaking it much these days. Thank you so much! I just remember when I am wasting time (eg sit on toilet) my mum might say “ne jo mak-gi an gui aw, ki di lah!!!!” 😂

Dook mook soy can be used to describe someone who’s failing asleep. For example if a young child is watching tv and is falling asleep but is trying to stay awake.

The frying technique used in "炒飯" is stir frying. Pan frying is "煎", an easy example would be potstickers.

I heard there's like 10 or more dialects of Hakka itself, how do I make sure I'm learning the same kind that my friend speaks? She's from Jiangxi if it helps.
