- How do you say see, smell, hear, taste and touch in Hakka? In this video, I teach you how I say it, and give example sentences too! Also, it was a lot of fun making those skits, so I hope it made you giggle :)
See you next time!
With love,

I find this video really interesting and makes Hakka so much easier to learn. Thanks for effort.
my wife is Hakka from Bangka, Indonesia and i am Cantonese from Singapore. The whole island of bangka is filled with Hakkas lo
So many words are similar to Cantonese but then random verbs are so different. Love the videos keep them up!!!
Pee- 闻,smell& chee-试 try are Hokien words as well. So Hakka is a mixed of Hokien & Cantonese words.I heard the Chaozhou-Teochew Hakka use the word kai for 的-possesive particle , same as Teochews.
客家話真好聽哦。
我也是客家人!
Good job!! Fun learning Hakka. Thank you, Toa Jia

Ah moi!. Watching this really makes me laugh.. jin hair siao si ngai. I think you can be a good actor ☺️. Good job.
haha I'm glad I made you laugh! I had lots of fun making those skits :)
Hee je woont gewoon in Nederland? welke stad?
wat leuk.
but waarom gebruik je Pie voor "smell"
en niet "Mun" ?
let me know
erg interessant.
I would say "tung" is touch. "Mor" is rub/stroke.
Regarding 碰, how do you pronounce this word? And do you use it in Hakka?
can you create a Hakka teaching app like please I wanna talk in my mother language fluent ly
Nice video! great acting too hehe
I use "min" for smell. So for "I don't smell it" I would say "ngai min um dow". Enjoying your channel :)
Yeah, I've heard people say 'min' too, but personally I always say 'pee'. Thanks for watching :)
Great video! I can see some similarities with Mandarin, specially the Taiwanese Mandarin that I'm learning.
Thank you! 😃
Thank you!
